Best customer service. I had purchased 3 boxes of the hot chocolate bombs. They arrived quickly but half of two of the three boxes had broken or crushed balls. Cocoa powder everywhere. Likely a careless shipper but I quickly emailed them about my disappointment. Within 48 hours I received an apology (again wasn't blaming them) and a refund for the broken ones. Very pleased with their efficiency and professionalism. Will be ordering again from them.
Preorder listing with reviews from "verified purchasers" that all sounded the same (as if it was AI-made), good grammar, but all sounded generic at the same time. And on an item that wouldn't be released by manufacturer for another 0.5 years!

Tip for consumers:
Product ratings are not to be trusted. If they blatantly trick you to buy items on this site by doing this, that should clue you in on their business practices general.
Paid $20 shipping fees. Now have to pay to return an item which costs almost as much as the value of the item! Very poor policy. Will never order from this site again & will tell my acquaintances not to order.
We ordered 4 squishmallows and all of the squishmallows were wrong, and the package said something completely random. Unlike Amazon, showcase doesn't let you keep the items and refund, you have to deliver it back to them yourself. They punish you for them getting the order wrong, and all the original squishmallows we ordered were sold out after. Terrible service. We were forced to spend 60$ on stuff we didn't order because of how hard it was to return.
Ordered from their online store. They delivered another product than the one ordered. When I complained they blamed inventory. If I wanted to return the wrong product they sentI had to cover shipping. Absolutely terrible company
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy from here

Still waiting for pre order of teddiursa we ordered and payed shipping for. Sad thing is it was in a 235 dollar order yet they still charged shipping for a yet to be received item.

Garbage customer service is all you will receive from the manager. I purchased a shark blanket from the pen centre location and I was speaking with the manager at the time explaining this was a gift and I asked if it doesn't fit the person who I was gifting this to if they'd be able to exchange it and was told yes. However when returned to exchange was told because it was not sealed they would not return it or exchange that due to a code only seen on receipt with a "U" it is final sale the tag was still in place but she told me that basically there was no way she ever told me that? I am an honest person therefore expected her to be the same however she instead threatened to call security because I said I will never again shop in her store or any other showcase and I was there with my young daughter. What an awful experience all I wanted to do was to get the proper size for the person who I had gifted this to for Christmas now I'm out the money and have to buy a replacement from another source.

Bought a couple items for $300. They were not good so immediately requested a refund, which they approved, except that they are saying I am responsible to pay the shipping to their warehouse in Brampton, at the same time saying you can't drop it off. Scam. Their stores carry these items, and shipping costs will be very high for this large bulky item. So you can't drop it off at their warehouse or the store, which I will be doing anyway because I refuse to be scammed out of money I should not have to pay if there is a reasonable alternative. If they do not issue me a refund I will be escalating the matter. BEWARE this store because refunds will cost you. Stick to Amazon.
Tip for consumers:
That they have a ridiculous return policy that cheats people out of money. You can’t call them either there is no number. You have to email them.

I check their AD on the store which says buy 1 product and the second the same product for 50% off. The staff told me they change the rules today it's 25% off instead of 50% off. Their return policy is not very good. If you open the box you can't return it even though you didn't even use it. If t hey keep on doing this they will lose their business.
I ordered face masks for my family and me. We received them in 3 days. We then ordered sanitizers, which were not available in any other store. They shipped them to us in 4 days. Highly recommended retailer in these trying times.
I went into the store at park city center and the lady rain smelled so bad, she looked like she just woke up, not only that she was very rude and racist towards people in the store, she makes you rush and won't be nice at all. Horrible service from both of them instead of them talking to each other and being all up on each other they should help people. It's not good to have to people working who are together in the same store! And you can definitely tell them are.
I purchase candles all the time. I decide to get the one with earrings this time. Candle burned down and it was empty. Contacted customer support and the offered me a free candle but only online. Everything online sold out except for one that I already have. Contacted them back and they said they are not restocking. Making matters worse, they give me a discount code that is invalid. Contact them again and the give me another.you guessed it…that one is invalid too lmfao Worse customer service ever!

You're just a number with this company, as a customer and an employee. They hire mostly younger inexperienced people for management to keep the wages low and experience limited. The products are from China where you can purchase the products cheaper on other online websites such as Temu. So much disrespect from upper management and a deplorable return policy.
Tip for consumers:
If you want to be treated like garbage visit your nearest showcase

Dang, telescoping fan didn't last a year. They require tracked return of product in order for me to get my warranty replacement. This would cost more than the damn product, let alone the warranty!
I warned I would review, and warn other consumers. Ha, I see why it doesn't bother them, they're already bottom end for reviews. <;~\
Christmas of 2022 I purchased a hand help massager at Showcase South center Mall along with the 3 year extended warranty, however the machine does not work so I went into the store to get it replaced and was met by a VERY RUDE woman she said that she would not replace the item and that I could do what ever I wanted, after which she pushed the box at my son hitting him in the stomach and then called security to have me removed from the store. When security came and heard my story he apologized and asked me to try a different store to get my item exchanged. This woman needs to be held responsible for her actions. I feel cheated, disrespected, violated and discriminated being a visible minority.
In-store experience: employees have always been fantastic, professional and helpful in the locations I visited in 3-4 different cities.
Online experience: I wrote positive reviews on their website for some of the product, but it would not recognize me as a "verified buyer". Not a biggie. What I found to be very unfair and sketchy is that the ONE negative review that I wrote on a crap product, was not published. I emailed and messaged them in Facebook to ask why, and no answer. Explains why most of their products are rated 4.5-5 stars.

This is so frustrated. I order online and then after a week they just gonna email me that there sold. Why you don't update your online ordering if you guy's are no stocks. This not good customer service.
Tip for consumers:
You better call them first if the product is available. Don't waste your time to scroll down in there website.

I purchased a Fitpulse Massage Gun and received a knock off. Contacted customer service and they said that the photos on their website show an idea of the products they sell. Ummm... what? Why are you selling an idea of your products. Just sell your true products! Pictures below to show what was advertised vs what I got. Absolutely disgusting. Will never shop here again!
I bought a small air cooler and found that it wasn't what I thought it would be. I went to return it and the sales lady said because I didn't have the box it came and that it had been opened I was entitled to a refund! I guess their policy is if you buy a product, take it home, leave it in the box unopened and then decide you don't want then they will take it back! Terrible return policy! I will never ever shop at that disgusting place ever again!
Do not buy from here. Ive waited over a year for my item. Now i cant get my money back. Not to mention they cancelled the order but wont give me my money.

A failure at every turn. Not only did they deliver the incorrect items but they sent me baby toys.
I tried to return these as they are clearly not what I ordered (See pictures below) but when I tried to initiate a refund they simply hide behind their refund policy.
Very poor customer service.

Bought a diffuser for $50. Went to use it about 40 days later and noticed that the inside well had a large hole in it. Obviously a damaged product that couldn't be used. Took it back to the store and was told it was longer than 30 days and nothing could be done. Said they were very sorry. If they were truthful they would have said "you wasted $50 and we don't care".
My daughter went in and bought a cube of the magnetic balls. It's a fidget toy or something like that. The salesperson/ manager, Dan stated he would give her a discount or at least that is what she heard. She was really looking forward to playing with this fidget. She left the store with receipt in hand and the toy. Unfortunately, she opened the packaging and threw it out. However, she looked at the receipt and realized she paid the full price after getting home. She went back to the store and asked for a refund and Dan told her final sale. My older daughter explained the whole situation and how he duped her and he was such a jerk! We will not buy anything from this store ever and will make sure that people know that it is a rip off. We looked at other stores and showcase sold this fidget you for 2x the amount it was selling elsewhere. So sad to take advantage of an 11 year old.

It will be my last time order it online from Showcase, things doesn't work out, so I took it back to the store and was told can't return it as it's online order, and it cost almost the same price to pay for the shipping back, NOT WORTH IT
I have no idea who is running this business, but definitely be careful. Two of my items didn't arrive, and there isn't a help number that you can call. Instead you deal with someone through IT who, in my case, spent minimal time reading and addressing my concerns.
After an hour of trying to figure out what happened, it turned out the warehouse didn't have the items in stock and so they weren't included. As they explained, items go out of stock all the time and it's a busy season. I would know this working in retail as well, and try my best to be understanding of mix-ups. But Showcase as a company does not inform or refund you when this happens. They charged me the full amount and I had to wonder what happened, reach out, and then spend the better part of two hours trying to get a refund for items that the warehouse didn't send. That has to be illegal right? Every other company I have ever ordered through tells you when something is out of stock and immediately refunds you on their end. Showcase said nothing, kept sending emails that my whole package had been shipped, and once I found out those items were not available and weren't sent, I had to fight tooth and nail not for the money they knowingly kept.
The customer service was so shoddy and when I asked to speak to a manager, I wasn't given the option. I am worried management is aware of this happening and is banking on what people won't notice or bother with. It almost wasn't worth it in my case, because they make it your issue. There isn't even accountable inventory systems, the most I was told is that warehouse knew it was out of stock but my items had already been shipped. What? Every legitimate company contacts and automatically refunds you when something is out of stock. I wasn't told, had been fully charged, kept receiving emails as if all items were included, and then had to spend two hours getting a refund with customer service that 100% treats you like it's your job to figure out your refund. Also: my very first email (highlighted) explained that two items weren't received. After one hour of explaining, they refunded me for one item. It took another hour for the second and they blamed me for being "unclear" and not mentioning that it was two. No one cares about telling you the item is out of stock, they'll charge you the full amount unless you make a fuss, and they do not spend almost any time reading your messages or addressing your actual concerns. I mentioned two items in the very first email and throughout the correspondence, again it took me two hours and their very last email stated simply that the time it took was my fault and I should have been clearer. It's up to you if you want to spend your money here but I won't and have told my family so that they can protect themselves as well. Any ethical company will inform and automatically refund you (or not charge you in the first place) when an item isn't available. It shouldn't be up to the customer to notice and try to get the money they've kept back. With Showcase, you'll really have to keep track of what they're doing, because their ongoing company mistakes will 100% be at your expense and it's no issue to them that you pay for it instead.
