I brought the above product from the store ans called same day (18july 21) about the defect which was not filling up proper air. The store person ask me to use water so it give a pressure to the tree and csn be stat up. I tried that too and called aging next day to let them know is still not working. She replied that i can find out and call you back. After that i awaited for 4 days but she didn't get me back and at last when i called today on 23rd july21 she replied me that's the final sale you can returned or replaced it. So now what should i have to do?
I bought a E-scooter from them and got the $60 warnty my scooter stop working and I tuck my scooter to get it fixed but they sed it was my fault and I should buy a new one. Then I called a scooter repair place and they sed it was faulty because the battery and electronics were broken. Just for context I never pulled the scooter apart never round it hard and changed it the way the manule sed. Everything is over priced
Bought the uv-light toothbrush holder and used it for about a month. Afterwards red light came, so I plugged in for a charge with the usb provided. Took several hours to charge and the uv-light never worked anymore when I closed the lid. I tried to write a bad review, but I could never submit it. The website only accepts good reviews.
Went back and forth with their customer service for the whole day just to get a refund. Tried to pass off a previous order as the order that I wanted a refund for. The issue with my order was only resolved because I reached out. Would not have known if I did not email to ask about it. So disappointed!
In-store experience: employees have always been fantastic, professional and helpful in the locations I visited in 3-4 different cities.
Online experience: I wrote positive reviews on their website for some of the product, but it would not recognize me as a "verified buyer". Not a biggie. What I found to be very unfair and sketchy is that the ONE negative review that I wrote on a crap product, was not published. I emailed and messaged them in Facebook to ask why, and no answer. Explains why most of their products are rated 4.5-5 stars.
The only way to get a return label for a online purchased product that you don't want or didn't like it is to lie to them. My Item Arrived Damaged or My Item is Defective or I Was Shipped the Wrong Item. If your not happy with the product they will not take it back unless you pay the full shipping to return it which is double or more to send back. The Customer Support is Terrible. I will never shop online with them again.
Best customer service. I had purchased 3 boxes of the hot chocolate bombs. They arrived quickly but half of two of the three boxes had broken or crushed balls. Cocoa powder everywhere. Likely a careless shipper but I quickly emailed them about my disappointment. Within 48 hours I received an apology (again wasn't blaming them) and a refund for the broken ones. Very pleased with their efficiency and professionalism. Will be ordering again from them.
This is 1 online store to avoid. Beware of their no shipment fee and shipment within 24 hours. I placed my order on Dec 6th and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive! Their customer service sucks as there's no phone # contact given for you to contact. Only given customer support online which I would think is just virtual responder as I never got any answer back. I understand that this is a busy season for Christmas shipments but come on... show some respect for your customers that just want to know where their orders are. Never again will I order from this company!
I have never ever dealt with a company with such. Bad customer service. I have sent numerous emails trying to get someone to respond. When they did it was't even about why I had emailed them. I don"t understand how the company stays in business. So different when I shopped at their store at Bayshore shopping mall in Ottawa. The sales clerk could not have been more friendly and the service was great from her. I. guess I will have to go there instead of shopping online. Finally their online shipping is terrible. I have received updates about when i will receive my order and still waiting. Was supposed to be here yesterday. I waited all day. Having to stay at home( with my condo you have to buzz delivery people in) did not arrive. My suggestion would be go to their store not shopping online
Didn't recieve my package and trying to get refund and there customer service is non existent. Theres no number to contact anyone. No one gets back to emails or chat. Had to dispute transaction through bank to grt my money back. Horrible company. Wouod never shop.

Un happy service. Not happy with the led lights and the return policy just less than 14 days. Bought worth 90$ and just giving In store credit felt being robbed and forced to buy again after not good experienced.
I have ordered from Showcase a few times. I just went to place another order and find out that the free shipping advertised with orders over $39 is not true. A $9.99 delivery charge will be added for less populated or accessible areas (Vancouver Island?), regardless of the amount of your order. Be careful with these guys.
I purchased a Himalayan Salt Lamp, I used it 5 times and it stopped working. I emailed their customer support. It has been 4 days and NO response. I reached out to them on Facebook to which they responded that it can take a few days to hear back. I suggested they send an auto email stating that fact so people don't feel ignored or unheard... to which they did not respond. With our economy being upheaved by a global pandemic, businesses should be very thankful and attentive to people spending their hard earned money at their establishment. This brand should be embarassed by their inferior customer service skills.
Showcase is not legitimate business, everybody out there be extremely careful because if you would wish to return item you both from them you will never, ever get your money back.
My elderly mom purchased a fan for over $100 and received a box of crackers. We have put in for a return but have heard nothing. What an effing rip off... STAY AWAY! THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY WHICH SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THE INTERNET!
I ordered face masks for the entire family and ordered them from Showcase because they said they delivered by FedEx from Toronto. They were price gouging but we needed them immediately so I thought, hey, this is going to be so much quicker than Amazon delivering from China. Wrong! When they didn't show up a month later, I contacted Showcase who refused to cancel my order and do a refund but they did give me a tracking number which indicated that my order was coming from China by regular post! They shipped it to Brampton(where they could have cancelled my order as requested but refused) then FedEx it from there six weeks after I ordered. The masks were miniature, cheaply made and not suitable adult use so a waste of money. On top of that, they make refunds impossible when you complain. When I purchased the items they said they give returns for online orders, then halfway they switched it to store credit good for 30 days when stores aren't even open here, I'm not sure how you change your return policy like that. But you only have 30 days to return product to Brampton for a credit and you have to have a return number to do so, they take weeks to give this to you. Of course returns are at your own expense, if you manage to get it there before the 30 days is up. This should all be illegal. Stay away from this store! By the way, in the meantime I got good quality masks from Costco delivered in five days for half the price.
So it was my first time ordering from showcase and im so displeased, order a beige 60cm dog bed and received a gray 80cm one instead, way to big for my little one.
I still have yet to receive any of my orders it's been over 2 weeks I will never order from here again very disappointed the customer service is not helpful and yet they sent me an email asking me how I liked my order meanwhile I havent received it. Very very disappointed
Answer: Impossible. I ended up calling a store and he was wonderful but unfortunately the product I want is all gone.
