I purchased a Himalayan Salt Lamp, I used it 5 times and it stopped working. I emailed their customer support. It has been 4 days and NO response. I reached out to them on Facebook to which they responded that it can take a few days to hear back. I suggested they send an auto email stating that fact so people don't feel ignored or unheard... to which they did not respond. With our economy being upheaved by a global pandemic, businesses should be very thankful and attentive to people spending their hard earned money at their establishment. This brand should be embarassed by their inferior customer service skills.
