I have purchased several times with LXRandCo with no issue. This latest time we had a huge problem. The shipment was lost by UPS and although customer service was prompt in their reply, they gave no customer satisfaction. They told me that I had to wait until UPS finishes with their investigation (which could take up to 14 days) before they could even begin to process a refund. I told them that LXRandCO should wait for UPS's investigation and they should refund my money immediately. Sometimes doing the right thing with a loyal client is more important than following procedure. I would not recommend LXRandCo any longer as they stand by their procedures before customer satisfaction. Very disappointed with LXRandCo!
