I had 2 weeks to find my gowns. I got in tuch with bycouturier's customer service and told these women my situation, and that I wanter the perfect wedding derss and needed it in less then 3 weeks, and these ladies made it happen for me. They are great.

I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone. I was a little skeptical ordering this special occasion dress online, but i couldn't be happier with ht finished product. Customer Service was very helpful and the quality of the workmanship is beautiful. The dress came exactly when they said it would and the packaging wasexceptional to keep the dress perfect for overseas shipping

These bad reviews really shocked me, because my wedding dress is great! I uploaded photos that I took so you guys can have a look at the real dress. The service is quite slow but I can always get my reply in 1-2 days, maybe they don't have enough people for online service? The budget for my wedding is limited and I'm very satisfied with the price and quality of this wedding dress. Hope they can improve their service and do not let those payment issues happen again.

Wow! I am completely taken away by the reviews I've just read on this website! I found a dress I liked and wanted to purchase it, however I had a couple of questions regarding the wedding gown. I emailed them twice and still got no reply after 24-48hrs. Everytime I tried to use the live chat, there were never any agents available. They say they are based in London then have a Hong Kong address. I am literally shaking my head! What would have been the worst part was the fact that the wedding Gown I was going to purchase was in no way cheap. I am absolutely grateful for these reviews! Some reviews however did seem fake so couldn't tell whether bycouturier was a scam or not however I came across a review that mentioned exactly what I had been experiencing! Really hope this helps some of you who may be experiencing the same thing. Do not use their website and use your money elsewhere!

I ordered a dress thinking that the website looked legit. Little did I know that all the photos of the dresses from ByCourtier are stolen from a Russian fashion store. When I finally got my dress, it looked like something you would buy from a costume store, and it did not AT ALL match the photo online. Everything about this store is fake. Even its address. It claims to be London-based, but if you search up the address from the website, it's actually just a dry cleaners. Save your money guys!

Ordered a dress charged double took money now online chat never working no reply. Web address has added an extra letter. Yes stay clear hope who ever go to he'll an jail taking advantage of people

BYCoutourier should be completely upfront with this hard fact; they're making replicas/imitations not originals. Photos of dresses on their site are of European designer wedding gowns such as Milla Nova, Berta, Galia Lahav, and Lorenzo Rossi. An original piece of any of these dresses will never be less than $3,000 coming straight from Europe depending on which collection one buys a gown from and how recent that gown has been introduced. And, Berta is one of the most expensive designer wedding gowns.

I wish companies like this would own up to being a company making replicas of some of the most gorgeous and original European designs. Premium replicas will not disappoint buyers. But what this company offers isn't even a premium version of replicas.

I absolutely loathe so many companies from China posing as "original" ateliers hand making original designer gowns. The end products look unimpressed and disappointing in quality. Besides the fact that they are not originals, they're also made with low quality fabrics and materials. These should be sold at $50 each piece, top! Smh.

I ordered my wedding dress on Feb. And received just a few days ago, the details are great! You can not imagine how they did that with less than 350 dollars! All wedding dresses I had tried in local bridal stores are far more expensive than this one, and their materials are same for me. However these terrible comments really shocked me. Although i can't necessarily say that their reviews are wrong or untruthful, but some of them might not even buy anything from the site!
