Customer Service was very helpful and the quality of the workmanship is beautiful. The dress came exactly when they said it would and the packaging wasexceptional to keep the dress perfect for overseas shipping

I have ordered a gown and a pair of shoes, along with accessories for my wedding, everyting wa delivered faster than I expected and the quality is great, I was very pleased with all of it.

Ladies, the easiest trick. Save a picture of the dress you thinking of buying, preferably to your desktop, and then upload it through Google (go onto google main page, choose "images" in the right upper corner and choose upload). It will spit out all of the relevant and visually same pictures. You will find out that most of the dresses are actually designer, e. G from Berta, Galia Lahav and so on. So, this website is definitely a scam. Prices are too good to be true, no return of the goods available and misleading about their headquarters. I have been chasing for a dress for a while and I recognise some of the photos on the website from wedding magazines. Be careful!

Ladies, avoid shopping on this website. Check the pics through Google to see for yourselves. Most designer collections will come up, some from last year, some recent.

I absolutely loved this website. I ordered my dress in an 8, and it was perfectly fine. I had to get it altered because I'm flat chested, but I was going to do that anyways besides my Noona is a does alterations. I had a great experience with them. I asked them questions about the dress before I bought it and got a response back a day and a half later. The dress was here a two days later than they said, but it was just two days.

Beautiful and very good quality lace wedding dress. I was very hestiant to order a wedding dress online, but i had very limited budget. I fell in love with the dress as soon as I tried it on. The sleeve was a little loose for me because my arms are too skinny. Other than that everything was fitted perfectly. Chady contacted me to custom made the dress for me and informed me with the shipping info. I received the dress earlier then expected delivery date. Highly recommend this beautiful wedding dress to beautiful brides to be.

I was so hesitant to actually order from online vender but decided to go ahead and wish for the best. They reach out to me 4 days later saying they don't have the material but they can do it in satin and will refund me back $120 i was like ok cool just make sure it's the same dress because that's what i want well 2 weeks later no refund of the 120 and the dress i recieved was nothing like i wanted it had beadings on it and there 3 blue dots in the back i messaged them saying why are 3 blue spots on my white dress and this is nothing like what i ordered they said it's because it's hand made. And left it at that. I've literally been so annoyed with this company and now need to actually go wedding dress shopping below is the dress i wanted and what they actually sent to me

I had 2 weeks to find my gowns. I got in tuch with bycouturier's customer service and told these women my situation, and that I wanter the perfect wedding derss and needed it in less then 3 weeks, and these ladies made it happen for me. They are great.
