After 5 purchases, already 3 items Amount defect. At a reception in the two months that followed. After-sales service is nonexistent and actually hang my claims. The return of a defective item (without ever even lit) pays no hope of a refund.
I returned an item for repair under warranty, I have paid back and after 2 months, the repair is not done and I have to pay more then the item is defective after normal use.
I am disgusted!

Very easy to navigate on the website. Most items have very good photographs. What I received was closely matching the photos. So no problems with that. They were also very responsive to my queries and follow-ups. The only issue, I faced was the time it took to around 15 days to get the order and it was not easy to follow the status of the shipment. Apart from this worry, everything was cool.
My shopping experiences with BuySku.com have been wonderful. The phone I purchased from them gave me more of the features I was looking for than most of the mainstream phones in the US for only a fraction of the cost. I did have to tweak the phone to get it to work on my 3G towers, but I knew that before purchasing; they give a detailed list of the phone's specs on the product page. The customer service department was very delightful to deal with and was positively responsive to my needs. While shopping online I prefer to use PayPal to checkout, so considering this company provides for that option, that put them on my safe shopping list to begin with. I love to let people know when I've encountered great service in a world that has grown so impersonal. BuySku will continue to get my business and I hope they'll gain yours as well... God Bless You~

Place order March 24,2015, they got back to me over week later that "parcel" was out of stock. Never clear what item of the 3 order was or was it all. I decided to accept their offer of to refund my payment. The emailed that they did. I kept checking PayPal, no credit/refund. They were very helpful in their emails, signed by a "Summer" to contact them with any problems, which I did. Was assured refund applied on April 14th, still nothing & then no answer to my emails, so start case with PayPal. They never answered. Now have had to escalate case to claim with PayPal to get my money back. Seems that if they had really had tried to refund the money they would have answered PayPal earlier and my emails about starting a PayPal dispute etc. think this must be some scam or such.
Buysku = Professionals. Good and clear communication, perfect service. Speak much better English than comparable sites...
Once had an issue about an ordered product which wasn't at stock.
Asked for a refund in the morning and the amount was back in my Paypalaccount 6 hours later! Now that's what I call: fair business!
I had ordered 2 items from buysku.com... very reasonably priced items... they sent it across via singpost... when i received the package there was only 1 out of the 3 items ordered... having a bad experience with online shopping from other website- i wrote to them bout my grievance... they at first confirmed with a few questions and asked to sen a scanned copy of receipt... on confirmation and a few altercation agreed to send the other 2 items ASAP... i received it in via singpost 15 days later... in good condition
POOR POOR POOR quality product delivered, it was second hand, damaged, and since receipt I have sent messages, photos, video and still no feedback or reply. BuySKU have had time to respond but nothing! Even messaged their facebook page and posted - surprise surprise they took it down. Stay away from these scammers. Back to Ebay for me. I could not be less happy with BuySKU.
The installation CD with the microscope I ordered was damaged. So when I contacted the seller she was generous to send it back to me. And the seller responded to my queries at the earliest. I was happy to shop with buysku :)
Awful experience with this reseller. They got the money but never ship products. Every item you select - out of stock. And absolutely no information for customers on the website about availability of the products!

I was just asked to take a picture of my credit card and fill out a file for a $67 purchase, this is all after I requested they cancel my order. On the file that I was supposed to fill out there was a section for airfare that they tell me I don't need to bother completing, but they do want a scan of my signature. The website also charged a $2.01 international fee without notice. I had to cancel my card.
The website has a very good offer of products. The only thing to be aware of is about the shipping... it's free but is on the slow side... if you need your products fast, better upgrade the shipping. Beside of that, buysku is a great company and i recommend it! I was forgetting! The customer service is outstanding!
WARNING! They practice refund/replacement fraud. Often, you will not get the item you ordered or a defective one, which will require sending it back. Upon receiving the item, they will pretend in words that you'll receive the refund/replacement but in actuality they never do! Proof of my particular painful experience with them in correspondence history. Please do not purchase from these crooks until they honor their policies or go out of business. Tablet was late. Tablet was faulty. Had to bleed before getting another one. This was also faulty. They agreed to replace a third time and as soon as I sent it off, they refuse to reply to my communications. SO they have my money and my tablets. What a bunch of C yoU Next TuesdayS.
This site used to be greatSKU.com, previously they were fadbus.com, and before that pickegg.com. They sell used and/or refurbished stuff as if it was new, sometimes you're lucky and get good stuff, most of the time you don't. I haven't made any purchase with this new name, that's why I'm giving them two stars and the benefit of the doubt; but they're probably the same sh*t they used to be under the other names.

I have not been able to get a return response from customer service. Item suppose to have been delivered, I never received this and not even a reply to my multiple emails. I emailed them directly from my buysku account. TERRIBLE SERVICE... IS THERE ANYBODY THERE?
I have been buying from BuySKU.com for a couple of years now and after I had purchased a beautiful Ployer MOMO 12 Tablet, it developed a problem. I got in touch with the team at BuySKU.com using their easy to use communication tools and received advice very quickly on how I could proceed. As the item was shipped to the UK, I was apprehensive about having to send it all the way back to BuySKU, however, as I had no option I simply had to return it. It was received in little over a week and I had a replacement tablet within three weeks. I recently had the second tablet replaced as it was discovered there was a fault with the Ployer model. Throughout the entire process, the support team at BuySKU.com were courteous and very helpful, giving detailed advice, links to support web pages and estimates for times and support available. I will continue to recommend BuySKU.com to my friends and family when buying a huge variety of wonderful products at great prices. The service has been fantastic and very efficient. The communication has been wonderful throughout and I will continue to support BuySKU.com whenever possible. Thank you so very, very much.
VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would recommend anyone & everyone who would listen to NOT AT ALL deal with buysku. They do not keep their word on timelines... the status takes ages to appear online & everytime you try to follow up with them, the buysku contact team asks you to wait & thanks you for your patience.
I have placed an order for a tab on 13th of september & there was no sign of it till the 7th November which was official 45th business day. The buysku team asked me to wait till the 17th november, which i did. But even today on the 18th it looks as if they are not interested in either making the delivery or refunding my money.
I bought something from them in January 2012 which I never received. When I complained, they blamed me for not receiving my order. All they kept saying was to send more money so they could reship. Then, I was promised a refund by Karen and Amee, then they said they couldn't refund my money on this order. It seems that when they get bad reviews, they just change the name of the company. Since January they have changed their name from Pickegg.com to Fadbus.com to GreatSKU.com to now BuySKU.com. Seems like they are trying to hide. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Stay away from them.
