Заказывал 2 Freelander PD-800 один оказался неисправным программой An Tu Tu при загрузке процессора на 100% самопроизвольно отключался... Связался с сервисом покупателей интернет магазина они попросили выслать видео проблемы с PC Отправил как просили через день пришел ответ что я могу выслать обратно неисправный Freelander PD-800 только за свой счет и написали что если неисправность подтвердится в их сервисном центре то они вышлют другой с компенсацией моих почтовых расходов в размере 35%. Я выслал обратно PC по указанному адресу и пожелал вслучае подтверждения заводского брака заменить его на Aoson M33G который дороже Freelander PD-800 на 40$ 15.11.2013 получил Aoson M33G без дополнительной доплаты с моей стороны за разницу в цене! Всем потенциальным покупателям советую делать покупки именно в этом интернет магазине потому что они реально не обманывают покупателей! СПАСИБО BuySKU

VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would recommend anyone & everyone who would listen to NOT AT ALL deal with buysku. They do not keep their word on timelines... the status takes ages to appear online & everytime you try to follow up with them, the buysku contact team asks you to wait & thanks you for your patience.
I have placed an order for a tab on 13th of september & there was no sign of it till the 7th November which was official 45th business day. The buysku team asked me to wait till the 17th november, which i did. But even today on the 18th it looks as if they are not interested in either making the delivery or refunding my money.

I bought something from them in January 2012 which I never received. When I complained, they blamed me for not receiving my order. All they kept saying was to send more money so they could reship. Then, I was promised a refund by Karen and Amee, then they said they couldn't refund my money on this order. It seems that when they get bad reviews, they just change the name of the company. Since January they have changed their name from Pickegg.com to Fadbus.com to GreatSKU.com to now BuySKU.com. Seems like they are trying to hide. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Stay away from them.

I bought the item and it took awhile to get to me. After I got it I followed the directions to a "T" and it did nothing! The electronic item I bought was as good as a PAPERWEIGHT. When I tried to get a refund they demanded to see videos for reference, of all things, so I went through the trouble of uploading some to youtube. Their response was: "Dear Customer: Sorry that the problem is that the battery can't keep the storage. So you just can use it by the chargers plugs in If you can keep it, We can send you a coupon with 8usd for compensation, ok? Kind regards" I told them it doesn't work AT ALL and they pretty much ignored me. They don't give refunds - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
