I am still looking for an answer from buyincoin for the broken keyboards and defective chargers they shipped me. Am running a small shop at my home and its more than 3 months, i am calling them every now and then. Lost hope! I have ordered them paying money from my previous store ChinaBuye, ordered, paid and got this month 1st week. Hazzlefree no headaches! Will never take risk with buyincoin again. But what will happen to my money. I cannot do anything with these defected pieces!

I purchased from Buyincoins a camera system from from these people for my vehicle, paid for with Paypal on 6-6-17 item is po******* foir $10.15, this is not about the small amount of money they kept from me for the camera system, but the fact the people kept my money and told me they sent item to me! As i didn't open my dispute on PayPal i have literally lost my money. Ordered 2 packages with tracking code (that has expired) and didn't receive them after 4 months of waiting. Last month i was constantly asked to wait one more week (for 5 weeks in a row). Now they wont answer my mails nor my massages and keep ignoring me. I asked my money back or a resend, but they ignored my requests.
Just one thing: Open a dispute on time, don't listen to their promises, they don't keep them. Don't close the dispute till you get the your order.

Hallo everyone. My review has two parts first what is my experience with that company the other is a suggestion.

I bought a tablet from them. It costs over $200. Of course it has broken, but after I report it and told them I want make a complaint they call try me not to sent it back. Deliberately were delaying with anything and not replied to messages correctly. When I sent the device back they were keep denying its receive for a few months. After all they offered me a silly amount + some cuopon. It has token a big negotiation (months) and now they declare that they've got the item broken and cannot resell it so the can make me their best offer $150.
Do not buy goods from this company. You can get, by coincidence, a good piece, but if you don't you will never see your money again.
If someone wants more information or see the conversation between me and that company feel free to contact me and i can send you exactly how they works (I will sent you our chat and you can see their practices and get first-hand information). Up till today I haven't seen any USD from them.

I am incredibly angry with them and the amount they should give me back is not as big to do something including a court, moreover for one person it is to expensive hire a lawyer who is interested to chinese law. Nevertheless there are a lot of people around the world who were robed as well. We could connet ourself and will think up something useful against them. Who think it could be good idea, feel free to contact me.

Ordered phone from buyincoins.com. Product description indicated several languages: English, Russian, French, German, Czech, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese. Received phone with: Chinese and English. Not the languages needed for the customer.
Returned phone back to buyincoins.com. After receipt buyincoins.com refused to exchange or refund as described in buyincoins.com Return Policy.
False product description, no exchange, no refund as promised. Only deception

Buyincoins wont let you change your email address. What they want you to do is start a new account and any points you have gathered disappear. Stay away they are just scammers.

I bought bag from them and paid for the shipping though the price is higher than other sites; i was thinking i will get it fast, but still NO bag and the customer service not helping. That is the last time i order from them.

I have been buying from them for awhile now. Never had problems until now. Recently, I brought an universal laptop charger on eBay from them. It died within 3 minutes of use. Endless emails and the best they could do was offering me a partial refund of $5 for a purchase of $9.55. Seriously? Instead of refunding me the whole amount, they wanted to keep $4.55 due shipping? The product is a piece of crap and they know it. They wanted to waste my time going through eBay purchase protection to get my full refund. Instead of doing so, I closed the case in eBay and ask for my $5 dollars partial because it's not worth my effort and time. Let's see if they will refund me the $5 dollars in 3 days. Will never purchase anything from them again! Sorry, but you have lost another customer! Beware of this site and stay away!

Bought 2 pieces of nail fans from them for 46 $. They sent only one and after 9 week i got it and its damage and the other one i never got but when I take contact with them and they said they have already sent away i dont trust them i ask them that i want my money back and they said they can not refund me i have to wait 60 more day. After 3 month i still not received. They are thief never buy from them again i hope they can read this

I bought several times from them. Two first orders were perfect, it took couple of weeks to get to me, which is okay for shipping from China. One time the didn't add an eyeliner, and I didn't even noticed that when I got the order, until it came to me with a separate parcel, that was a nice surprise. The last order there was a problem with my credit card, so they couldn't send it, but that was mostly my bank's issue. I wish they had more variety of items, I would order more then.

The are bad. Bought from the a sport camera and they mislead me and sent me a broken camera. After i sent it back to them under my account they didn't return my full money only a part of it. The fraud customers.

They do not honor their daily clearance prices. It show one price on their sight but charge you a complete different amount. Then i also had another problem with them. I got a receipt for $142.76 AUSTRALIAN but when i paid for it I found that they charged me $161.16AUSTRALIA, I sent all my receipts to prove it and proof of what was taken from my account and they still will not refund the over $18 dollars they over charged me. The are a total rip off. Also found that half of the products are faulty and they will not replace or refund. BE very careful when buying from here.

Rahul T. Yeah well i ordered 4 tablets and 1 was DOA the another wouldn't hold power. They all looked obviously used and reboxed. After contacting them (*******@cifang.hk) they just outright lied to me and tried to block a return. The above poster "Franz M." may be real who know but in my opinion avoid buyincoins SCAMMERS.

I purchased a faulty tooky t86 from this website.
I sent it back via standard post for repair to the address they provided me with, and kept the receipt. I did not send it via tracked post because the cost of doing so would exceed the cost of the phone itself.
Of course, Buyincoins claims to never have received the phone. I opened a case with New Zealand post, who sent not one, but two letters to the address Buyincoins originally provided to verify their address, and gain confirmation from them that the item never arrived. Of course, Buyincoins claims neither of them arrived either.
Hence, they have both my money and the phone and I have been emailing them consistently, even sending them a photo of the receipt to prove that the parcel was in fact sent. I have received a mixture of "Claim a refund from your post office" which cannot happen unless they respond to the two letters sent to them by NZ post) which I have explained to them, and "we can only refund you once we receive your parcel"
Which, of course, they are unlikely to admit receiving.
Avoid this website at all costs - or at the very least ensure you pay with Paypal so if something goes wrong you are able to claim back your money!

Very good customer service - low prices and weekly discounts. I recommend this china online shop, because I have more than 100 orders and very few with some issues and always a promised compensation has been given if something is wrong with the order.

Beware of this site! Their reviews are fake! They shipped me a defective product, used, and with missing accessory. They told me to ship back at my cost and it has been a month and they still claim not received it yet. They use stalling tactics by telling you to wait a few days... again... again until Paypal dispute expired. So if you want to risk loosing your money, remember to put in PayPal dispute right away.

From this shop I work for a long time and are always pleased with the result. Do not ever let down, the service at the highest level.

Nightmare... just a nightmare. I wanted was generic alcohol swabs. I ordered 200 boxes, but I only got 5. If you value your money, and if you value your time, do not deal with this company. They are a nightmare. Instead of simply refunding me or sending me the boxes, I deal with ridiculous loop emails, and endless moronic questions. This site sucks.
