Very good customer service - low prices and weekly discounts. I recommend this china online shop, because I have more than 100 orders and very few with some issues and always a promised compensation has been given if something is wrong with the order.

As i didn't open my dispute on PayPal i have literally lost my money. Ordered 2 packages with tracking code (that has expired) and didn't receive them after 4 months of waiting. Last month i was constantly asked to wait one more week (for 5 weeks in a row). Now they wont answer my mails nor my massages and keep ignoring me. I asked my money back or a resend, but they ignored my requests.
Just one thing: Open a dispute on time, don't listen to their promises, they don't keep them. Don't close the dispute till you get the your order.

I have been buying from them for awhile now. Never had problems until now. Recently, I brought an universal laptop charger on eBay from them. It died within 3 minutes of use. Endless emails and the best they could do was offering me a partial refund of $5 for a purchase of $9.55. Seriously? Instead of refunding me the whole amount, they wanted to keep $4.55 due shipping? The product is a piece of crap and they know it. They wanted to waste my time going through eBay purchase protection to get my full refund. Instead of doing so, I closed the case in eBay and ask for my $5 dollars partial because it's not worth my effort and time. Let's see if they will refund me the $5 dollars in 3 days. Will never purchase anything from them again! Sorry, but you have lost another customer! Beware of this site and stay away!

I purchased from Buyincoins a camera system from from these people for my vehicle, paid for with Paypal on 6-6-17 item is po******* foir $10.15, this is not about the small amount of money they kept from me for the camera system, but the fact the people kept my money and told me they sent item to me! I hate this website. I placed an order in mid april.it never came. 'cos shipping is free i realised the need to give more time. Two months pass by and i don't see anything happening. I approached the customer care.

They say its been dispatched. But 'cos i didn't recieive it they wanted me to make a fresh order. I had nil patience to place 30 different items in the shopping basket and requested that the original order be processed again. I do not know the reason why i am told its not possible to process the same order again and offered a refund in coins. Now, this got to my nerves. In exasperation i agreed to the same.

In the next communication what does she tell me again? System is updating so cannot refund the coins now. Please contact next month!

Ordered phone from buyincoins.com. Product description indicated several languages: English, Russian, French, German, Czech, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese. Received phone with: Chinese and English. Not the languages needed for the customer.
Returned phone back to buyincoins.com. After receipt buyincoins.com refused to exchange or refund as described in buyincoins.com Return Policy.
False product description, no exchange, no refund as promised. Only deception

I bought a camera from this site (buyincoins.com) which had a bargain price but was utterly disgusted by the quality. The camera was being rated as 12MP but is far far less. I tried contacting them but was being sent from one post to another. I finally opened a paypal dispute and I after sending back camera I'm still waiting to get my money back! I recommend all do not buy from this site the product sent to me is a fake one only usable for small children to play with!

They do not honor their daily clearance prices. It show one price on their sight but charge you a complete different amount. Then i also had another problem with them. I got a receipt for $142.76 AUSTRALIAN but when i paid for it I found that they charged me $161.16AUSTRALIA, I sent all my receipts to prove it and proof of what was taken from my account and they still will not refund the over $18 dollars they over charged me. The are a total rip off. Also found that half of the products are faulty and they will not replace or refund. BE very careful when buying from here.

I am still looking for an answer from buyincoin for the broken keyboards and defective chargers they shipped me. Am running a small shop at my home and its more than 3 months, i am calling them every now and then. Lost hope! I have ordered them paying money from my previous store ChinaBuye, ordered, paid and got this month 1st week. Hazzlefree no headaches! Will never take risk with buyincoin again. But what will happen to my money. I cannot do anything with these defected pieces!

Hallo everyone. My review has two parts first what is my experience with that company the other is a suggestion.

I bought a tablet from them. It costs over $200. Of course it has broken, but after I report it and told them I want make a complaint they call try me not to sent it back. Deliberately were delaying with anything and not replied to messages correctly. When I sent the device back they were keep denying its receive for a few months. After all they offered me a silly amount + some cuopon. It has token a big negotiation (months) and now they declare that they've got the item broken and cannot resell it so the can make me their best offer $150.
Do not buy goods from this company. You can get, by coincidence, a good piece, but if you don't you will never see your money again.
If someone wants more information or see the conversation between me and that company feel free to contact me and i can send you exactly how they works (I will sent you our chat and you can see their practices and get first-hand information). Up till today I haven't seen any USD from them.

I am incredibly angry with them and the amount they should give me back is not as big to do something including a court, moreover for one person it is to expensive hire a lawyer who is interested to chinese law. Nevertheless there are a lot of people around the world who were robed as well. We could connet ourself and will think up something useful against them.
