Ordered phone from buyincoins.com. Product description indicated several languages: English, Russian, French, German, Czech, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese. Received phone with: Chinese and English. Not the languages needed for the customer.
Returned phone back to buyincoins.com. After receipt buyincoins.com refused to exchange or refund as described in buyincoins.com Return Policy.
False product description, no exchange, no refund as promised. Only deception

I have been buying from them for awhile now. Never had problems until now. Recently, I brought an universal laptop charger on eBay from them. It died within 3 minutes of use. Endless emails and the best they could do was offering me a partial refund of $5 for a purchase of $9.55. Seriously? Instead of refunding me the whole amount, they wanted to keep $4.55 due shipping? The product is a piece of crap and they know it. They wanted to waste my time going through eBay purchase protection to get my full refund. Instead of doing so, I closed the case in eBay and ask for my $5 dollars partial because it's not worth my effort and time. Let's see if they will refund me the $5 dollars in 3 days. Will never purchase anything from them again! Sorry, but you have lost another customer! Beware of this site and stay away!

Bought 2 pieces of nail fans from them for 46 $. They sent only one and after 9 week i got it and its damage and the other one i never got but when I take contact with them and they said they have already sent away i dont trust them i ask them that i want my money back and they said they can not refund me i have to wait 60 more day. After 3 month i still not received. They are thief never buy from them again i hope they can read this

I am still looking for an answer from buyincoin for the broken keyboards and defective chargers they shipped me. Am running a small shop at my home and its more than 3 months, i am calling them every now and then. Lost hope! I have ordered them paying money from my previous store ChinaBuye, ordered, paid and got this month 1st week. Hazzlefree no headaches! Will never take risk with buyincoin again. But what will happen to my money. I cannot do anything with these defected pieces!

I bought at sinedya/buincoins two batteries NB-10L for Canon.
In the description they should have 1360mAh. Much less using-time than the original one with 920mAh!
I opened one and found inside Cells marked FT******* from FT-Batteries.com.
These cells should have only 750mAh. So that was a fake! By measuring one cell I found out, that there are only 621mAh capacity! Horrible fake!
I wanted to get my money back. They offered me to give back 3US$ instead of nearly 10US$. After 8 Mails and several nights now they said to give back 7US$, the rest would be shipping-costs (free shipping!)
Since 2days now they keep quiet instead of paying. I still wait.
Beware of that seller!

Ordered a new lap top that arrived with a broken key board. They offered me a $10 compensation that eventually went up to $20, so I returned it with a tracking code and with a guarantee from e-bay that I would get the money back once they received it. They stalled and stalled after receiving it, and when they knew the one month e-bay guarantee and the 45 day pay pal guarantee would expire, they stopped communication. The sad part was, I had to send it back by sea mail as they wouldn't allow anything with lithium batteries to be shipped by air from where I live, even though they sent it by air from China. It took almost 5 weeks to get there. So they knew from the beginning that I would have no way of getting the money once the pay pal guarantee expired. They never planned to pay me in the first place. I am still not sure who represents them. The sellers name was 'rabbitshcf'.

They do not honor their daily clearance prices. It show one price on their sight but charge you a complete different amount. Then i also had another problem with them. I got a receipt for $142.76 AUSTRALIAN but when i paid for it I found that they charged me $161.16AUSTRALIA, I sent all my receipts to prove it and proof of what was taken from my account and they still will not refund the over $18 dollars they over charged me. The are a total rip off. Also found that half of the products are faulty and they will not replace or refund. BE very careful when buying from here.

Ordered an ePad last year (android tablet that people had posted about on Slickdeals.net)

It took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was all cracked on the screen. Tried to contact them about it but DUN DUN DUNNNN THE SITE WAS DOWN DUE TO *DDoS attacks from competitors who are jealous of their "low prices"*. Well that went on for a month or two, site was horribly glitchy and unable to navigate. Tried to contact paypal who did nothing even though I opened several disputes. It's been a year now about, been arguing with them for several months about getting a refund. They keep saying I need to pay for shipping to ship it back, or to get 8 dollars "in coins", Which of course they never gave me. So I was more "expressive (cursing exponentially)" and they offered me 12 dollars "... in coins (their own horrible currency that you can't use ANYWHERE but the site, instead of just refunding the money through paypal), Of course they lied about that too!

So I reported them to IC3 http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
Now they're offering me 15 dollars in coins, after I was told to put a request for the 12 dollars through paypal two months ago and got no response.

DO. NOT. RISK. YOUR. MONEY.
The ePad was horribly made, and most likely counterfeit. It stopped working after a month.

I bought a camera from this site (buyincoins.com) which had a bargain price but was utterly disgusted by the quality. The camera was being rated as 12MP but is far far less. I tried contacting them but was being sent from one post to another. I finally opened a paypal dispute and I after sending back camera I'm still waiting to get my money back! I recommend all do not buy from this site the product sent to me is a fake one only usable for small children to play with!
