The WORST online retailer I HAVE EVER used. Placed order Oct 12th and then nothing... No updates no notices of delay. I have spent over an hour on hold and never got an agent. I have online chatted 3 times with different promises of delivery by the 19th, 23rd, and 27th and have received nothing. Now they are telling me it's best to just cancel as their is a inventory issue at the warehouse. F'ing TERRIBLE COMPANY!
They sent an partial costume and zero response from customer service. Don't waste your time or money.
I should have read these reviews before ordering my sons costume from this sham company! I ordered it in September. One of the items that went with the costume was on back order, and I was given a guaranteed ship date of 10/14. I checked the status constantly to see when it was going to ship out... it never did... so I called to find out what the problem was. The guy I talked to said that it went back on "back order" before they had a chance to send it to me, and that I wouldn't be receiving the costume until after Halloween. He then canceled my order, but for some reason, proceeded to charge my card again... I called back yet again... (which by the way takes at least 15-20 minutes each time). This time I talked to a lady who said that the order wasn't canceled, and was actually being shipped right away and I'd have it way before Halloween. Ok. Fine. THEN, the next day, I received an email saying that my order was still canceled and I'd have a refund in 2-5 days. It's been 2 weeks of constant phone calls... nothing. This is the worst company that I've ever done business (or attempted to do business) with. Horrible customer service! BEWARE! Read the reviews before you order or you'll regret it.
I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I have never had such a horrible experience with a company. I ordered a costume for my son - had a GUARANTEED delivery date of 10/22/15, and it never shipped. I called and was lied to over and over, I was told it had shipped but the tracking data was not yet available, I was told that it had not shipped but would definitely ship out overnight on 10/21, I was then told someone would call me with a tracking number by 10pm on 10/21 - none of this happened. I then had to spend 2 hours on the phone today to cancel my order, as I was finally told it may not ship at all this week. Once the order was cancelled, they refunded me $9.49, even though I spent over $40. I had to finally call the corporate headquarters to get the correct refund done. The customer service people were rude, incompetent and barely spoke English. I will never order from this company again. Reading all these negative reviews on here - I hope enough people make noise that are being treated this way and this horrible company does not stay in business.
Because I am about ready to drive up to this place and get my money back! I can not reach these people by phone or email. I placed my order on October 11 thinking that was plenty of time to receive my costume. It still has not been shipped! I have been on hold with this company off and on most of the day and getting more and more pi**ed by the minute. At this point, I just want my money back if I can just get in touch with them!
UPDATE: I finally reached customer service on Oct 26 after sitting on hold for 51 minutes. They told me that my package had shipped that morning. Yay! My account had not been updated to reflect that though. I asked exactly WHAT had been shipped and she said that she didn't have that info. I said what if I don't receive both costumes and she said to call back and let them know. Well, pkg arrived on Wed. Oct 28 and guess what?!? My husband's costume came but my costume was not in the box! Sooooo... Had to call back and sit on hold for 46 minutes this time to make sure that I got a credit as they didn't even let me know that I wasn't going to receive what I ordered! What a joke this company is. I planned my costume well in advance and they left me with two days to scramble for a costume. They should be out of business!
Ordered an accessory for Halloween 6 weeks in advance (Sept 15th to be exact). Get an email that it's out of stock, but will be at my door no later than Oct. 20th.
On Oct 20th, I get an email that it's guaranteed at my door by Oct. 23rd. Never got it. Sat on hold in hopes to reach a rep several times for 20 minutes plus, had to hang up because I'm at work. Sent several emails to their advertised customer service email, no response. Finally got a hold of someone today, Oct. 27th saying I need my item tomorrow for a school party. She who is from another country kept reading from a script saying it's too late for them to ship out. It's out of stock. They will just refund me. I sat on hold for another 30 minutes waiting for a supervisor. The lady never came back. I don't think she ever intended on getting back onto the phone. My poor kid has an incomplete costume because of their error. The item was in stock on their website just a few days ago, so they are lying when they say the item is still out of stock. They sold out several times and forgot about my order.
Horrible site! Buyers beware! I ordered a few costumes and halloween treat bags for my sons and only one of the treat bags came. When I called to inquire about the undelivered bag, the lady didn't know what was happening and kept putting me on hold to work things out. Finally she gave me the new order number and said the bag would be delivered. Three weeks later and it still isn't delivered. When I called this other lady who helped me sounded like she couldn't care less what was happening and kept putting me on hold for a long time. I asked for the status of the bag and she said that it was cancelled. She said that I'm an international address so they will not resend the bag and that they will not refund me for it even though I had paid for it and that it was not sent to me. She said they had tried to call me but when they couldn't reach me, they canceled the order regardless. I had never received any calls from them. In any case, if I pay for something, I expect it to be delivered regardless of whether I am from an international or local address! And if they cannot deliver then they need to refund me! You can't just keep someone's money and refuse to give them the product! Lousy business! DO NOT BUY!

I ordered two costumes both of my daughters October 8. I promptly received an email confirmation of my order and had a "guaranteed" shipped date of October 15. In the days before I should have received my order I was getting nervous because I never received a shipping confirmation email. On the 15th I called and they oddly asked when I needed the costumes by. They said they would escalate my order and have it shipped. The next day, still no shipping confo. I called back and they asked the same question. It was a Friday and I was told that I would get shipping confirmation by Saturday. I got nothing. I called back Sunday, now October 18, and they asked when I needed my order. I told them Monday. They placed me on a 20 minute hold just to come back and say they could not get ahold of anyone in their distribution center. She told me that if I did not get shipping confirmation by Monday they would go ahead and cancel my order. Whelp I did not want the headache. So I had her cancel my order then.
Please save your time. These were costumes for my kids and I really did not want to disappoint them. I went ahead and placed my order through a more reputable site. Of course all of the time that was wasted waiting I had to pay extra for express shipping.
I ordered 5 items, 9 days beforw Halloween (Saturday), guaranteed to arrive ON or BEFORE the 29th (Thursday). On Thursday morning I received an email stating I had been credited for an item. I called customer service, waited on hold for 35 minutes. Found out they didnt have ny most important item, and the remaining items hadn't shipped yet. I live in the country, far from a costume store or even Walmart. We don't even have UPS service on Saturdays. 9 days before Halloween is PLENTY of time to get the items I ordered to me, and they SHOULD have notified me IMMEDIATELY that my item wasn't available. DO NOT buy from these people!
