I would like to have a shout out to the bye bye baby company and there amazing work on helping my family. Back on November 16,2020 I had my first child Scott born 3.5months premature in London Victoria hospital where he currently is still. Family friend had purchased a 4in1 crib for me but passed away 2days later. When my mother went to grab the crib from the family, she got it home and I was beyond excited to see it and put it together. Unfortunately the headboard had a huge crack in it and wasn't usable. My mother called the company and spoke to Joy a lovely lady who went above and beyond to help us with this matter. She was super helpful, caring and nice. Overall excellent customer service and we were grateful to have a brand new headboard ordered for us in few weeks. Now I have it and put all together luckily for my son to soon come home so we can begin our family life together.
