I recently bought a cupboard which was damaged. There is no number to call. Customer service kept emailing me different requirements when I just wanted an exchange. As soon as I sent what they asked they demanded something else. They will not help you if there is a problem with their product.
Warning, this is not the same company since the returned after bankruptcy. The new website appears to be a sort of middle man without any idea of what their actual inventory is. I order a nursery set and it took 10 days for them to figure out they didn't have it.
Customer support does not seem like real people or they are in another country. Expect responses like "Please be rest assure I will treat your request on priority and will resolve this at the earliest". There is no option to call them.
Based on my experience with the order and customer support, I would be skeptical of the products they do actually ship. Beware.
Worst experience with this brand. We are expecting a baby and wanted to shop bunch of items worth $800. We researched and decided to also apply for reward points as we were getting a great deal because of it on thanksgiving. After placing order, they cancelled it but they did charged us for the reward points. We contacted the customer care 2 - 3 times and all were useless. We tried through different account as well and had same experience.
Also when I registered for baby shower, they welcome bag contained only a manual, bottle, pacifier and on sample of lotion.
Completely disappointed with the service.
Will never waste time again at this brand.
For the last couple of weeks I have been trying to make a purchase online and i cannot go any further then choosing my address because the proceed to savings and payment button does not do squat diddly doo(nothing!). I tried calling customer service and using the chat but no one answers. I am beyond furious. Just take my goddamn money and give me the things i want to purchase!
Horrible customer service was told they will call back in 24 hours and still nothing. I went to pick up my furniture and was told they will not release it to me by myself since it was to heavy 150 175 pounds which I can handle it. There was no help in the store and would have to come back another day even though I purchased and was told it was ready for pick up and drove down from New York
I visited the store January 16th and purchased a contour changing table pad for $39.99. Over the last week, I have purchased over $1500 in baby items there for my daughter. She realized upon setting up the baby's room, that the changing pad was missing. I told her to just take the receipt to the store and explain that somehow they did not get it bagged with the other items. They said that they can't do anything about it. I am about to have her bag it all back up and we will go return it. Absolutely terrible service. They essentially told her that their inventory count matches so she must not be accurate. Then told her they only do inventory every 2 years. She's 9 months pregnant and due next week. I am so disappointed by how they treated her today. I will never shop there for my her again. Buyers beware
I placed an for a Graco pack n play yard ( Rock N Grow) in Hamilton, which, is not even on their website now. An order of $356.99 on April 17,2023. The day after the order was placed I emailed customer service but was notified that their customer service email box is not monitored and was given a link to it's parent company's customer service email ( Bed Bath and Beyond) but, when I clicked on the link I got a pop up message stating the page could not be found. Today is April 27 and still have not received a single correspondence. No order confirmation. Nothing. Now they have a message on their site stating that they have decided to begin winding down operations. Do not order from Buy Buy Baby or it's parent company Bed bath& beyond. You won't get your item nor will you get any help from customer service
I ordered a carseat on 7/3/23, the site said it would ship 3-5 days. It is now 8/6/23, over a month later, & I have not received it. Even the tracking number doesn't tell anything. Very disappointed...
So I bought a Eddie Bauer diaper backpack from my granddaughters baby registry she put it on their site around Aug baby due in Dec. Ok so I bought her this item. Ok baby is born end of Dec ok she starts using it the middle of Jan the straps are already tearing and I paid over $80 for this item I contact the company and they tell me the warranty starts as soon as you buy it I told them she couldn't use it until after baby is born so the warranty should start then they told me no. That is the stupidest policy I have ever heard of. They simply don't care. So I'm out $80
The company went bankrupt and I had a gifted gift card but every time I went to buy something it was out of stock. Then to find out I cannot use the gift card now that they have reopened. What a scam.
Purchased items off my cousins baby registry for her shower... 1 out of the 5 items shipped. The rest never shipped. Purchased everything january 26th. Everytime i contact them they said the orders are on backorder and cannot be cancelled or refunded. I paid with afterpay and had to file a dispute against them. They refuse to refund me and wont make any effort to cancel the items. Her shower passed already and i have no use for these items. Terrible customer service. I will never use them again.
With the excitement of having a baby for the first time I really thought buy buy baby would be a good choice for my registry. But unfortunately that wasn't the case. I was so excited and created my registry, my father-in-law was the first person to purchase some thing but he had trouble with the website and had to go to the store to purchase the crib. They also had trouble with the website in store. Eventually the crib gets delivered but of course it's the WRONG crib. I've been going back-and-forth with BuyBuyBaby and the company that delivered the crib but haven't had any answers. I still have the wrong crib. I will now be switching my registry from BuyBuyBaby to target since you can't even purchase anything off of the registry itself. Save yourself the headache!
Purchased an owelet camera for a baby shower for son/daughter in law. Shower was March 4th. They decided they wanted a different camera. The gift was listed on Babylist not on BBB registry.
60 day across the board return or exchange policy on items not on BBB registry. Babylist links items to this business. It was a baby shower gift.it was outside the 60 day return policy by 8 DAYS.
I have 4 grandchildren. Have purchased many items at BBB including furniture, strollers.
Will never again purchase from this company. I asked for a credit, not return. Poor business practice, lousy customer service. Unreasonable and ridiculous. They have lost a customer.
BEWARE if you are using a registry other than BBB!

I ordered a gift on 1/15. It is now 1/24 and it seems the gift still has not been shipped. They said it had "been picked up, but not packaged " yet. If you have an intended date that you need something by, I would suggest Amazon instead.
I had gotten a 20% coupon by entering my email address.The coupon was sent to my email with a bar code. After entering the barcode numerous times without any success I just picked out several items from the gift registry and during checkout was still not able to apply the coupon despite trying many times. I finally gave up on the coupon and placed the order. Later on in the day I see they shipped out 1 of the 4 gifts I picked out. That means the recipient will get the gifts in multiple packages on different days instead of everything at one time
I am very disappointed with this entire experience.

She walked with us in the store and gave us her honest opinion of what products are best and which ones we should opt away from. Had we not had her help I know for a fact we would have spent many many more hours creating our registry.
We were done in about 4 hours which really isn't too long given the infinite number of items to sift through. Thanks Troy!
The car seat I purchased was in stock when I ordered it. A couple days later it went out of stock. I've been waiting over 2 months. They keep sending updates that it is now in stock abd posting that on their website. Do not buy from them. They ate advertising fir items they don't have and don't know when they will have them in stock again. Scam company if ya ask me.
During quarantine it has been difficult to shop! But buybuybaby made shopping for my cousin's baby shower easy! It took me about 10 minutes total. I didn't have to go to a store and wear a mask. I bought the first 9 things on her registry and it was sent to me in less then a week! I was very impressed! Thanks!
My daughter and her husband used this company for her shower registry and then purchased an expensive baby dresser from them. The dresser arrived severely damaged and she has not been able to get a hold of anyone from the company for help. They ended up having to purchase another one from Crate and Barrel. Highly recommend that company as their experience with Crate and Barrel was amazing!
I made a first time purchase as a gift for my daughter. A few days later I get this form letter email that my order is cancelled. No reason, no explanation. What kind of company does this? Now I have to buy it at a store that actually wants my business. Will make sure to tell my daughter and all of her friends to stay away from BuyBuyBaby.
