Fast shipping, and good price for my item. Only thing I didn't get, that I wish I had, was shipping confirmation or tracking number. Overall good experience though.
No problem on ordering and fast delivery
Smooth process on the ordering. Problem with the shipping. Bumper was packaged very well, looked over before I signed for the bumper. It wasn't until after I had received bumper that on the left front corner that there was a large scratch all the way to the metal. Whatever hit it went through the packaging and was not noticeable until the packaging was removed. Other than that bumper looks good.

Dear Bumper Super Store:
The BD*******-TO arrived fine & timely. The basket is as I expected. The tow-bar however will not work on my vehicle. My vehicle has a custom bumper with a Curt hitch. The assembled tow bar & basket configuration can not be used because the tow bar is too short. Interestingly, the included center beam configuration is long enough to work OK on the vehicle. I will not be towing.
Can I return the tow bar? Based on your pricing, it appears the tow bar option added $116 to the non-tow product cost of $94.

They shipped my bumper quickly and it was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition.
The freight company, YRC, was not very quick though. They scheduled delivery to my house for Thursday between 10am and 3pm so I stayed home all day waiting for them to come. They never showed up and also would not answer the phone at the number they had given when they set up the delivery time. They didn't come Friday either and when I finally got ahold of someone at their national customer service phone number they told me they wouldn't be able to deliver it until Monday. Since I had to work on Monday I asked them to wait until Tuesday. Monday I got out of work early and called and asked if I could just drive to the warehouse where it was located (65 miles from my house) and pick it up. I spent the afternoon driving to pick it up so I wouldn't have to sit around at home for a third day waiting for delivery.
The Bumper Superstore shopping experience was good, but the freight company was not so good. Although the people at YRC's warehouse were very friendly and helpful when I picked up the bumper.
