My bumper is rusty and the bumperstore guarantees a rust free bumper through its double coating. The bumper came in disassembled with no instructions to assemble. The last thing is that my LED bar was damaged through shipping. I haven't received anything from the returns department and I contacted the store through the website.

Easy shopping and package arrived quickly.

Unfortunately the bumper I received is damaged. The pallet it was strapped to was broken and everytime it was moved by a pallet jack it was dinged up. I just unpacked it today and discovered it. It wasn't visible from the top side. I'll be contacting customer service to see what can be done.

Would be nice to be given more than a 1 day notice that my item would be delivered the next day had to call in to work to be there recieved an email at 2pm that it would be delivered tomorrow overall package ok some of the powder coat was chipped of from being on a wooden skid with nails sticking out.

Bumper showed up damaged I emailed about it and haven't got any sort of response
