The bumper is as expected. Heavy duty construction with securely mounted d-links. I picked up the bumper from fedex and the bumper was well wrapped and came undamaged. I do wish it had the opening for the trailer wiring but nothing a custom hole cant fix. Overall it was a great purchase.

Items arrived very promptly, were as advertised, and in solid packaging... not much more you can ask for from an online transaction;-)
The delivery person was supposed to contact me 1 hour before they got there so I was out and got a call saying they were at my house. I had just started to eat so all I could do is tell them to drop it in my drive way. They called me when they got there no 1 hour before.
Everything was good except my husband had to grind out the bolt holes for the brackets. A little tweeking was all it took.
Bull bar for 2018 Toyota 4Runner arrived on time and in good condition. I didn't find the instruction sheet so I went on YouTube and watched an install video. It took me less than 1 hour to install with no major problems and I am not a guy who usually does this kind of work. The space to work on it was tight but everything fit without any modifications.

The bumper arrived in a timely manner. However there was u scratch on the front of it looked like a fork went through the box and scratched it during shipping.
I had to fabricate brackets for the light bar in the middle because it wouldn't fit even tho it was one of the ones the company recommended.
Received my cargo hauler in just two days, looks very sturdy but will know more when I get to use it. Bought this for more cargo room and for adding a bike rack to haul our bikes.
