Bumper Only

After receiving a bumper that won't fit on my truck, they won't return calls, gave a return authorization with no shipping information, and I am stuck with a bumper that's unusable. They are a third party reseller for Fab Four, they do not have a formal relationship with them! Never buy anything from these idiots!

This company sucks. Didn't order my bumper and then took four days to key me know. They lied and said it was back ordered. I called the manufacture and the bumper isn't on back order. Now it's going on day two of no communication about my refund.

Mr. Miller, Sheena and Karen provided great customer service. I wouldn't hesitate buying from this outfit again. If you need questions answered, they jump on it quickly. Their pricing is the best I found. They support Veterans. If you have the capability to install the bumper yourself, this is a good route to go. Thank you all.

Ordered a bumper 2 months ago, and as of today still no bumper. When we have contacted the company we just get the run around and no actual answers. At this point I'm starting to wonder if their site is just a scam and there is no bumper coming. Buyers beware, do not order from this site if you ever want to actually recieve your bumper. You would think a place charging over $2000 would be able to at least get the bumper to the customer. Worst experience ever and have not even gotten the product yet. Hopefully it arrives in good shape because trying to deal with anyone from this company is a joke.

I ordered a bumper on the 30th of January and as of the 12th of February the Service Rep said he would have to get back to me. They have a Live Chat function on their website which is handy if you can get a straight answer. However, three times I have corresponded with the same Rep who said he would get right back to me with an answer…but so far nothing yet. They were quick to charge my account almost $1500 for a bumper that their website said was "in stock" but it hasn't been shipped in the span of 2 weeks! What a joke! I just found another place that has my bumper "in stock" so I will call them on Monday (which is when the BumpersOnly Rep is supposed to get back to me). The other place has the exact same bumper (SKU code) for a little over $100 less than BumpersOnly offers. So shop around before ordering with these guys because for doing "Bumpers Only" they sure don't seem to be able to get things done in a timely fashion other than taking your money immediately!

Oreded a power steering pump over 2 weeks ago they snatched the money up right away but have not received a email or phone call nor my part dissatisfied big time. If I could give less than a star I would... bought experience! Free money for them... I WILL PASS THE WORD ABOUT THIS COMPANY... FACT!

I purchased the bumper on 11/27. Still hasn't delivered. Got an email saying it would be between 12.7-12/10. Still hasn't delivered. Not dependable

I ordered my bumper Sep 22,2023 paid $1900 and still do not have it. This is what they send me on Nov 24,2023 after waiting more then 2 months.

"Just wanted to update you. I've looked into your order and reached out to our manufacturer. They said your bumper is not yet ready for shipment. They're aiming to estimated ship your order by next week. I'll keep an eye on it for you and email the tracking details once it's ready."

This is the email they sent me today (Jan 11,2024) after I called them.

"Thank you for reaching out and leaving a voicemail regarding the status of your order. I appreciate your patience. I've been closely monitoring your order and have reached out to our manufacturer for an update. They mentioned that your bumper is still in the process of being built, and they are aiming to complete it estimated by the end of this month. Please note that additional days will be required for shipping once the bumper is ready."

I am still waiting another MONTH they I get to wait on shipping. They already took one of my reviews down from THEIR website, So I will be sharing this one everywhere I can...

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE BUMPERONLY! I ordered a bumper mid-September for my Colorado. After a couple of weeks after my order I had not heard anything on a shipping confirmation. I reached out and was told it could take 4-5 weeks for that bumper. After the 5 week mark I again had not heard anything so I sent another message and they told me they would "reach out" to the manufacturer. They did not relay any information to me and after another week went by I personally reached out to the manufacturer and within 5 minutes heard back and was informed this bumper would take 3 months for me to get. After disputing that information with BUMPERONLY I told them I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. The fact that I had to put in more work to figure this all out was incredible. The refund process took another 2 weeks because "they had to get the money back from the manufacturer" and I only received my money after threatening to start a claim with PayPal and getting the BBB involved.

Do yourself a favor and buy straight from the manufacturer or find a trusted site to do your business. BUMPERONLY only wants your money and when it comes time for a refund they do not want to accommodate. In the time it took for all this, I ordered another bumper, received it and put it on my truck before my refund came back.

If you like headaches and the worst most incompetent customer service you've ever experienced then by all means these are your people.

I ordered bumper a month before. It was well built. I received the product before the delivery date. Great work, Great customer service. I will definitely refer people to this shop in the future.
