I ordered a bumper on the 30th of January and as of the 12th of February the Service Rep said he would have to get back to me. They have a Live Chat function on their website which is handy if you can get a straight answer. However, three times I have corresponded with the same Rep who said he would get right back to me with an answer…but so far nothing yet. They were quick to charge my account almost $1500 for a bumper that their website said was "in stock" but it hasn't been shipped in the span of 2 weeks! What a joke! I just found another place that has my bumper "in stock" so I will call them on Monday (which is when the BumpersOnly Rep is supposed to get back to me). The other place has the exact same bumper (SKU code) for a little over $100 less than BumpersOnly offers. So shop around before ordering with these guys because for doing "Bumpers Only" they sure don't seem to be able to get things done in a timely fashion other than taking your money immediately!
