I've bought 4 pieces of jewellery over about 10 years. The products are of excellent quality & exhibit great craftsmanship. Delivery was also very prompt. I shall continue to buy their wonderful pieces of jewellery as they are also extremely good value for money.

Went in to purchase a Broome pearl. Was directed to the Broome pearls as opposed to others. Difference explained and was shown beautiful pieces to choose from. Selection was easy and greatly helped by honest input from retail staff.
I bought these as a gift after purchasing similar for myself. Was a little disappointed that they did not have the plastic stoppers on the ends of the hooks to stop them slipping out of your ears lobes like the pair did that I purchased for myself. I was impressed that mine had these stoppers as I had previously lost an expensive hook earing and thought this must have been standard with all your hook earing's.

I was looking for something in the costume jewellery range and found the online selection excellent in range and sizes. Easy to manoeuvre around the website. Very happy customer, also love the packaging.

Although I paid extra $3.50 for a gift box (hoping that the items would be presented nicely as it's a birthday gift) I received the item in an unflattering cheap box which didn't even have the company logo and my items were just chucked in the box. They looked cheap for the price paid and I didn't receive the free gift that was advertised on their website at the time of purchase. My advice to them is that more care and love needs to go into their products when selling.
