I ordered my pearl necklace on the website, it was posted so quickly and received it within the week as we live in SA.
I mistakenly ordered the incorrect Japanese Nylon Necklace, and when I contacted Broome Pearl Designs in Mandurah, Eileen immediately express posted me the correct necklace, which was delivered today 28/8/23. Eileen went out of her way to keep me as a satisfied customer, and exhibited wonderful customer service, which is so lacking in this modern world. I've wanted to purchase something from this Company for a very long time. When I found these items that I could finally afford, I was thrilled. The pearl item I ordered is lovely, exactly what I expected. The silver item however was a little disappointing. It is very light-weight and has already broken, with the heart attachment coming off. It also appears to be starting to rust, which is unusual for silver! The overall experience with the Company cannot be faulted however, with a quick turnaround time and beautiful packaging. I will definitely buy from them again if the opportunity presents itself. Thank you.
I had a friend visiting Broome for the first time, they've had a bit of rough time and wanted to send a delivered gift that wasn't the usual hamper or flowers to brighten their day. I called through and was able to purchase and have my chosen gift delivered to the hotel without any issues at all.
