I purchased 4 princess diamonds lately from Brilliance. Mr. Anthony Cappola was a great customer service person. I requested to see the picture of that 4 princess diamonds cut, he then sent them to me right way. Then called and asked him for the GIA reports (each of them), he then sent them to me the next day. I kept asking him questions ( more than 8 phone calls) he always explain to me patiently. Finally he shipped me 4 beautiful princess diamonds with great quality. I am very happy. I checked out local jewelers and on-line sites for a pear- shaped diamond and ring setting for our anniversary. I was able to find the exact diamond grade, size and ring setting on Brilliance. Customer service was great about helping me pick the exact stone and they kept me informed all the way until delivery. The pricing of the total ring was very competitive to the lowest prices I could find for the same quality. I will definitely shop again with them in the future.

I must say that I had the best experience working with Jennifer from Brilliance. She was very patient with me, answered all the questions I had, helped me get approved to finance the ring I wanted and stayed in touch with me without harassing me like most sales people do until I was ready to buy the ring. Not only did she do all that, she also helped be get the best value diamond for my money! The first diamond I had picked was not that great, because I didn't know any better. She helped me pick out a much nicer diamond in a shape that was better suited for the setting I wanted. She sent me multiple pictures and videos of diamonds to pick out from. The ring arrived in a very nice package and the ring looked even better in person than in the pictures. My husband and I bought our rings here with only a few months before our wedding date. We received an awesome sale price that we were super happy with. The rings are beautiful, and fits perfectly with my engagement ring and his was great but needed to be resized - we sent it back with just enough time to spare and they realized it and rushed it through, overnighting it to us to get to us in time for us to leave for our wedding trip. Danielle was my main customer service rep and she was amazing! I was annoying with my emails ans calls but she responded to every one in a timely manner & kept me updated the whole way.

I ordered both the engagement ring for my fiance and her wedding band from brilliance. She loved them both! I searched so long for a ring that I knew she would like. She wanted an oval stone and a setting that didnt stick way up off her finger. IN stores all I could find were rings way out of my price range.
