Good, I didn't see my 15% first order discount applied so that was the only thing.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was timely. Plants were small

The banana tree was in a very bad condition. I don't know if it will survive. The palm trees were in different sizes, even though I ordered the same.

My tree arrived in great condition, packaged very well. We planted it a couple of weeks ago, and judging from the many buds popping out, I think it will soon bloom.

Five of the 6 trees arrived nicely wrapped and in healthy condition. One was damaged and they promptly replaced it, no questions asked. Great product and costumer service.

All of the Christmas tree palms arrived looking so healthy i honestly wondered had they sent me artificial plants? Ha ha. Beautiful, lush and healthy palms.

The plants arrived in good condition but being new to the NW I did not realize snow could still come. I lamely planted them and they died from the frosty conditions. Turned black. My neighbors said I was foolish to order online. It was throwing away my money.

Received the first of my two trees today. The packaging was excellent and the tree looks like it is in great condition. It is a beautiful, very symmetrical tree. I will not be able to plant for a few days as we are currently experiencing hopefully Mother Nature's last cold snap for our area. From the looks of this tree, it should be quite successful. Brighter Blooms has great product selection and their website is extremely user-friendly. I would highly recommend.

Regular customer that has found a better price at a local big box store 2X. Plants found to be bigger and cheaper at big box store.

I had been seeking a tree to plant within the first year of our new home. So hard to chose everything. Pulling the trigger on a Autumn Cherry was the right thing with rewards right out of the box. Beautiful blooms on the baby tree within the first week. I am so impressed. The tree looks so healthy and well. I had trepidation but not now.

Excellent way of explaining about the needs of the plant and the care

I recieved my order fast. The plants were healthy and packaged well. I am very satisfied. The only thing missing was specific instructions for caring for this type of bush.

I like the full descriptions of all your plants. Makes it easy for me to order what I need. I've ordered here before and the plants were great. Received three different color hydrangea's and one Windmill Palm. I have had these now for three weeks and they are vibrant and growing good. Can't wait to see blossoms in years to come.
