I called late Friday night and received on the nextTuesday. I called on the day the plant arrived and staff gave plant care. Product information was sent with plant. Plant was packed with such care to arrive at destination.

I ordered an olive tree, Carolina jasmine plant, rhododendron and azalea. The leaves were off my very small azalea, the top parts of an even smaller rhododendron had snapped off, and both the jasmine and olive tree had brownish green leaves on them. Then I saw where I'd be responsible for the shipping if I wanted to return the poorly packed plants.
Tall and so thin i don't think it will ever have a trunk thick enough to hold it up. And my understanding was that it was supposed to be wild stock. Mine has been grafted and the graft comes out the side of the tree and goes up. Another reason i believe it will never be able to hold itself up especially when full of fruit. Grafts are usually done onto wild stock. Why would you graft wild stock onto wild stock? Something does not compute.
We just planted the bushes yesterday and we anxiously await their first blooms. We had our landscaper install them so there shouldn't be any problems. If we get a good result with these, we will be using your services to plan our dream garden full of flowers and a vegetable garden too.
First time ordering a fruit tree online. It comes in a well sealed box. I'm excited to have my own apples!

My tree was so tall, over 3', and healthy on arrival. I've planted it in a pot for now and keeping it indoors until the freeze is over. Great service and specimen.

Orders come from N Carolina. We are in Washington state, so order took over a week to arrive. One of 2 trees arrived brittle. Pkg was left at second garage rather than front door.

I order trees for friends who have lost a family member in remembrance of their lost loved one. A tree last where glowers don't. I have been doing this for years and so far every tree I have ordered from Brighter Blooms, all those who have received them have been very pleased!
I should have known better but shipping across the country just doesn't work for live plants and trees.

Pkg left upright despite sellers instr to keep laying flat, so one plant in the box of two was therefore upside down on top of its copacked plant. Breakage/damage not major, but thought you would appreciate knowing

Trees arrived well-packed and damage-free from trip. Fast delivery. Trees were the size ordered, and both trees were blooming and growing... but they appeared to have been attacked by spider mites at some point prior to shipping, and I experienced a spider mite outbreak on my other trees shortly after these 2 Moro blood orange trees arrived. My existing trees were pest and disease-free prior to this order- now I had to treat ALL my trees to a round of spider mite pesticides. Not the best performance for the price, I would say. Hopefully the Moros and my other infected trees will recover and proper.
