I received dead banana trees and then when I received the replacement, after potting it the next day it was droopy and looking more dead.

I received the most beautiful plants and the plants came in a timely manner.

I purchased 2 of 2 types of blueberries, Brightwell and Legacy. I've always wanted some fruiting plants in my foliage. They arrived quicker than I expected however to took care of them per the inserted instructions and they began to bud before they were planted. I'm excited about growing them.

Everything worked well from ordering to receiving. Delivery personnel did not adhere to keeping plants flat, I planted immediately, but the guava and sugar apple are struggling.

Very pleased with the appearance of the tree. The tree looks healthy and was well packaged upon arrival. Received the tree within three days of the order.

Ordering was quick and easy online and great customer service was provided when I had a question about planting the tree.

Easy - it's hard to find roses in Houston, believe it or not

The twa olive looked great but the other one looked very small and looking like it was barly hanging on.
Was disappointed as I have never felt that way with my other order.

I ordered 2 (3 to 4 foot) Ginkgo trees. The outside packaging was great. Upon opening the box each tree was loosely packaged in a burlap bag with NO root ball. One tree had been, "Topped". Each tree was packaged in loose [small mulch] and picking up the main trunk the mulch fell by the wayside. The mulch was clean and good, but as I said, "No root ball", just a couple of main tree roots. I also ordered a couple of trees from a competitor. These 2 trees came in a 2gallon container, wrapped in a plastic bag with a tie wrap. Each tree had a root ball and the ball was moist. Each tree had not been topped.

Delivery came faster than expected and was packaged with care.

Fast and easy. Plant arrived in good condition and is now growing new leaves.

I received a stalk with leaves on it. What I paid for that stalk is comparable to what I would have paid for a full plant that would be blooming soon. I will wait for our local stores to sell considering the price is the same and the product by far, is not.
