OUR FIRST ORDER DIDN'T TRAVEL WELL - THE POTS WERE CRACKED AND DAMAGED, AND A THE PLANTS SUFFERED TEARS AND RIPS. I CALLED AND BRIGHTER BLOOMS MADE IT RIGHT BY SENDING US NEW ONES.
I received an olive tree that was destroyed because of shipping. I reached out to customer service to see if there was anything I could do to revive but due to snapped branches and leaves already fallen off it seems they decided it was best to send a new one. I appreciated it so much and it came quickly. The new one arrived and looked rough again but no broken branches so I can probably nurture it back to life. I did buy a rubber plant and it looks beautiful. The planter was just a white plastic planter so I wasn't impressed given the price different had I just bought the plant. Overall, customer service 5/5. Product 2/5.
When my Meyer lemon trees were delivered the box was crushed and the trees had fallen out of the pots. I took pictures and called BrighterBlooms, they had me text the pictures to them, and immediately assured me that they would replace them at now cost. They were absolutely delightful to deal with. Thank you BrighterBlooms! I've been a customer forever and will continue to be a customer, even ordering my Christmas tree from you!

My order arrived in great time and in great condition. I would have liked some planting info. Included with my tree. It was a gift and I had to pull up the site and try to find some. It gave away the price of the tree to my friend. Also we could not find any information on proper planting of the tree. Other than that I love your site and the products you sell.

I purchased two different plants after researching for a while, I picked a gardenia and a burning bush. So far they seem healthy, my husband says I paid too much but I bought them for him for Valentines Day! Hopefully they will bloom and bring us happiness.
