I was unaware that my pawpaw tree wouldn't be self fertile. It was not listed in the description and I would not have bought it if I had known. I had to ask customer service about it and it was confirmed I would need more than one. Other plant descriptions clearly state when a tree needs a pollinator, but this one didn't. Also, the pawpaw tree arrived with thick roots growing through small holes in the bottom of the pot with no way to get it out other than attempting to cut away the plastic and damaging the roots.

The avocado tree I purchased had its leaves turn spotted and brown and then lost 80% of them within a week of arrival despite being repotted, watered, and protected from cold.

The plants were in excellent shape, already seeing new growth. They are smaller than I was expecting. However they are already showing new growth. I haven't transplanted them yet I was letting them get used to their new home.

The replacement avocado tree you sent came out of the box half dead the day the delivery arrived. Just like the first Hass avocado tree. Shipping by slow truck across the country just doesn't work for live plants.

The order arrived on time and intact. The tree looks healthy.

I ordered 4 different items, and 3 of them are doing quite well. One is struggling a little bit, but that might be due to it being delivered on a day where it was only 20 degrees F. I'm hopeful it will bounce back.

Replacement ever tree if you buy some trees from the M. Always remember if any new to planting trees its possible to get an extended warranty that is good for an extra year so if you're a new or young at growing trees this would be a good idea It helped us

We decided to order a tree for a family member who had a pet pass away as the perfect pet memorial and the first tree we ordered actually couldn't be shipped to the state we were trying to send it to. Customer service was great, they sent us options that would work, were within the same budget and helped us pick a new option that we were even happier with than our original choice!
