I ordered two plants. They came in the same box, and nearly all of he soil had fallen out of both pots before they arrived. They were shipped on their side, so this is not surprising. I am hoping the plans live.

We ordered three trees, only received two. The trees were in sad shape, looked super dry. It took over two weeks to receive shipment which I'm sure added to the trees stress and poor condition. The missing tree was a 3-4 foot Nules Clementine. When I called about it, they said they only had 1-2 foot trees left, which was not reflected on the website when ordering. Frustrating.

I ordered a tree that was described as 6" tall. I figured it would be close, but in fact, it came packaged very well and yup, it was 6' tall. I have planted it in my back yard, and while it's still cold outside, I confident it will be growing on it's own in no time. Would definitely buy again.
It was delivered carefully abd beautifully. I wish they would've rung the bell as it's freezing outside. I'm waiting to pot it in the spring. It came in a great, non plastic pot.
