Ordered the more mature avocado tree. Received a tree with about 20 leaves in the process of being consumed by some disease. Called and got a replacement, also small and also with rust spots that will get worse if the other tree is any example.

I ordered 3 trees, indoor, patio, outdoor. All got stuck in a winter ice storm in shipping. The indoor tree definitely didn't make it and BB quickly replaced after sending pictures. Time will till on the remaining two once summer gets closer.
I ordered a tree, 2/4 for a co-worker whose father had died. It stated that the tree would not be shipped out until March 23rd- which I figured they did because of temperature and you can't plant anything until spring. It ended up being delivered Feb 14th. The high for the day was 39 degrees and it went down to 25 degrees overnight. I was not at home on the 14th so I didn't find it until the 15th- the box said it must lay flat and not be exposed to extreme temps- it was not laying flat and it had been out all day and night in the cold. I have been nursing it to see if it is alive, so far I don't see any signs of life. I will be contacting the company today.

Product and customer service were awesome! Warehouse employee packing the order needs some work. I was so excited to receive my product, only to be disappointed when half my order was in the box. Packing slip showed both plants, however, only 1 was in the box and I had to call and wait for a 2nd shipment to receive everything I ordered.

I found after I purchased a 3 ft tree from Brighter blooms I could get a 6 ft tree for less from Amazon.
This is disappointing as I would have purchased more for the amazon price had I found them first.
My willow trees were delivered promptly and in great condition with pots that could have kept them for a good while before planting.
Also the call I made was answered promptly by an excellent knowledgeable person.
I am excited to buy more items as we continue to grow our garden/ orchard. Thank you!
