Two of four plants were practically dead when they arrived. I took pictures and called brighter blooms. I was told I needed to wait 30 days and get back to them. Now 3 of 4 plants I ordered are dead. As I understand it I have to hang onto them until 30 day window is up before further action can take place. Seems crazy. Needless to say, I'm highly disappointed and won't be ordering from Brighter Bloms again. The plants look gorgeous on the website but when 3 of 4 items shipped end up dead I figure this isn't the best way for me to get my plants.
I was very impressed by plant size and quality. I did not receive my entire order and called customer service after a week of waiting. The service representative was very helpful and promptly refunded me for the missing items.

I purchased 7 Black Hill Spruce trees from Brighter Blooms. They arrived very quickly, packed nicely, and in good condition. The only negative was that the description was only 1 gallon pots, not the size of the actual plant. I was disappointed in the size as they were much smaller than expected. That being, said, they appeared very healthy. We planted them immediately, and so far so good, they appear to be happy! We are looking forward to watching them grow.

I was impressed with the packaging of the first order. However the second order moved around in the box & the Knock Out rose was slightly damaged. I reported it but nothing has been done about it yet. Frankly I think it should be replaced! It will be another season or two before I can repair the damage to it
The lavender tree arrived well and it is planted. The two lavender topiary trees were much smaller than I was expecting, and although planted according to instructions, with the root rocket, one is officially dead. The other is sickly at best. For the price I paid, they should have been healthier and larger. I'm disappointed.
