The flower arrived looking wonderful and I followed what they recommended in planting it in my flower garden. However, it isn't looking that good right now I have contacted them and they sent me a fast response with questions. I answered the questions, and no one has emailed me back to help save this flower. I ordered about a dozen Encore Azaleas and they arrived about a week earlier than projected. The azaleas were packed well; however the handling of the packaging from the delivery agent left a lot to be desired. One box was ripped open and another box was handled so rough that two of the azaleas came loose and had several branches broken in transit. I felt that there should have been more soil in each container; but, the plants were healthy nonetheless. All the azaleas have been planted and are doing well, so far. I recommend planting as soon as possible after receiving any azalea.
Received the ordered Autumn Blaze Maple tree promptly. Few leaves wilted and shed. Two weeks later the tree seems to taking the roots!

I purchased an azalea and weigela bush; the weigela was parched, likely from transit but it has sprung back to life since being planted and deeply watered! Every year we order plants from different nurseries, but from now on we will always look first at BrighterBlooms because the plants arrived in such healthy condition and the instructions were above and beyond the usual, just very easy with a lot of common sense ideas for gardening. I ordered two sweetheart blueberry bushes. Only one came in the original order. There was a bit of a difficulty explaining that I was not seeking a replacement bush, but that I only had ever received 1 of 2 that I ordered. It took a chat and two phone calls to get it straightened out, but we did.
