I ordered two bougainvillea and for the price I paid I was terribly disappointed. They were delivered to my mailbox and not to my house which is a quarter of a mile away. The box was extremely heavy, not laid flat, so the plants were crushed inside. I'm hoping they live but for that much, I would have expected an easier packaging, shipping experience.it came with a free dogwood and that was snapped in shipment too. And the box with the staples is hard to open.

The banana trees came in a box together. They are in really bad shape. Not sure if they are going to make it. They were in one box 1 right side up and the other upside down. All the leaves are broken. Now all the broken leaves are dead and they both a new leaf popping out. We will see if they live. They are really ugly right now.
Ordered the tree on a Friday and it got delivered on Wednesday the next week. Super fast tree was in the box and looked great. After a few days I planted it in a big pot and it seems to love it.

The trees came in very nice condition, that being said I did think I would get more than a stick not more than 18" tall. They were a bit pricey for what I actually received. I hope they grow extremely fast!
Plants are inferior, arrived in a broken box and in terrible shape pretty much dead. I called customer service and was told to give them a few weeks. No improvement at all, I will be calling back for a full refund. I have ordered previously and was very satisfied, this order not at all.
