They told me to send an email with pictures. I did. Then I received an email that told me they had a problem opening the pictures. I replied with new pictures. Then I received another message that they couldn't open them. I have been trying to get this taken care of and get a healthy plant for my garden. I just want to have my tree, healthy!
My order ended up being in the transit world for 4 or 5 days longer than it should have been. My plants are still in some form of shock one has died and I'm just trying to keep the others alive

I have ordered several things from brighter Bloom and never have been disappointed. I ordered a honeysuckle last year and it did not make it through the Winter. They replaced it without a problem. I appreciate a company that is good on their word and follows through with their promises.
I bought three plants and two out of three were not in the greatest condition. My fiddle leaf fig had crumpled and leaves that looked as though they were suffering from root rot. Croton was perfect. And my Swiss cheese plant needed some serious tlc. I'm now trying to propagate the two plants that were having trouble to at least try and salvage them. Shipping was quick and they were well packaged but condition of the plants could be better.

I contacted customer support, and they sent a replacement right away -- it arrived with the plants in FAR worse condition. The box was obviously dropped on its end, and all the plants were smashed down at one end. One was basically a pulped plant in a sack of dirt.
So, I've contacted support again (begging for more secure packaging) and am waiting on a third shipment. We will see, I guess.

Just recently I purchased your Korean Lilac tree and your Ketsup & Mustard Rose tree. The lilac tree arrived in great shape and started new growth in about a week after planting. The root ball for the rose tree however was completely dried out, although the trimmed branches were still a vibrant green. Soon after planting, the rest of the leaves fell off but about a week later new leaves started to appear. They key to success is to get your trees/plants into the ground immediately after you them and follow the instructions for the depth and width of your holes. I intend to purchase more products soon.
I couldn't find a fig tree locally, but I was able to find one on this site. I'm very happy with my purchase and can't wait for it to start bearing fruit.
