I had ordered a rose of Sharon over a year ago and bought the insurance. The rose of Sharon never blossomed this summer and brighter blooms honored the warranty even though I went past the one year. I have ordered a different shrub in hopes it will be more hearty. Thanks brighter blooms for working with me!
My rose of Sharon arrived quickly. I wasn't ready to plant it yet, but it was well packaged and okay for two days in the open box in my garage. The planting instructions were good. The plant was very healthy and bloomed right away. I would definitely order from Brighter Blooms again. (Some beatle discovered the new plant right away, so I am keeping it sprayed.)
I wanted large palm trees. I ordered (2) 7 gallon palm trees. They were delivered promptly, and extremely well packaged. The pots were wrapped in burlap sacks and plastic bags. Large plastic straps secured them yo the shipping box. They were beautiful, alive, large and green. Not one brown or bent leaf! I've them several weeks now and they are doing great. Couldn't be any happier.
Out of 10 only seven survived. As much as I followed instructions some plant are not surviving. I bought the 18 months guarantee and claimed the last 3 didn't survive, no one from CS email is responding onto my concern.

I was looking for something that would bloom around June for a friend that just lost their mom. I ordered this via my phone & my only issue was I couldn't find a place to attach a note saying this was a gift & from whom. I found that spot after the fact by using my computer. Mobile site & computer site need to be the same. Just my opinion.
I order plants, they were shabby when received and the replacements were even worse. I believe the plants and the tree suffered from shock and are not doing very well. I am tired of requesting replacements. When they come in there are two many in one box and they are wrapped too tight. The pots are squashed and the stems are broken or bruised. I purchased full blown plants and got them ruined so the only option is to cut them back and pray.

The rose of sharon tree was the expected height and has had a few flowers, but the foliage has been a bit sparse and has shown signs of a fungus. I've sprayed it with neem oil and hope it will recover.

I ordered a Black Knight Butterfly Bush, Chicago Hardy Fig Tree, and a Zephirine Drouhin Climbing Rose. All came quickly and packed well, however, the Butterfly Bush was very dry with many dead leaves and seemed like it might not make it. There was also a After planting, I am seeing some small new leaves growing, but I am still concerned about its future. Hopefully it pulls through! The other two plants are doing well and seem healthy.
