These trees were advertised to be tall, five to six feet. So tall, in fact, that they had to be sold at a discount. Yes, they are tall, but only about the thickness of a pencil, which is very disappointing.

I was sceptical about the condition plants would be in if shipped through the mail but all of the plants I ordered were in tact, happy, and healthy. They are all now living their best lives in my Yard.

Tree was received in excellent condition, well foliaged and the root ball was large and moist. Best packaging of a shipped plant I have yet seen. Very satisfied.
I ordered 4 - 1 gal encore azaleas & they arrived in a long box. Once I got them all out at least 3 had main branches broken but the plants were covered in new buds so I cleaned them up, gave them some water & they are doing fine. They have new blooms every day! Even with the broken stems, I would still order again & recommend BrighterBlooms!
The delivery was held up for over three days in Albuquerque New Mexico, I called brighter blooms and talk to a really nice lady that told me what to do when the box arrived so far everything looks good. There is a few dead leaves and the leaves initially were kind of shriveled up. She told me to water the plant and only put it out in the sun for short periods of time The tree is starting to come back to life. Your people really know your trees! Thank you so much.

The day of my "original delivery" I contacted a Customer Rep, questioning an issue with the leaves on one of my bushes,,,, they appeared to be nibbled on by some "creature"... I was waiting for a response, but instead, I received an entire new bush...
Beautiful plants delivered. The soil was rich. Their were healthy green leaves on all four plants.
Overall we are pleased. My only concern is that 2 of the plants have some changes on the leaves that may be fungal. We did get the guarantee and we'll see how it goes. Hoping we are wrong and it's just a spotted leaf..
Plant seemed to be all dry. All dried up with no leaves. Luckily bougainvilleas are very well resistant to dying fast. Slowly with repotting and water/sun it shows signs that it will live and not dry out. The shipping carrier really did not care that it was a fragile plant. Box was all squished and dented. Almost with no care that it was a living plant even when the box said it was. FedEx shipping was very poor handling…

I received three plants and one of them is not the quality I expected. Gardenia Augusta is leggy, full of yellow leaves and is not doing well after transplanting (keeps dropping leaves and shows no new growth). Gardenia radicans looks happy. Plumeria came with yellowish leaves and is not putting out new growth, but doesn't deteriorate.
