The first tree came did not survive which was nicely and easily replaced. Now to find out the delivery was delayed, pulled the tree out already had signs of humidity and heat the leaves were dropping instantly. Planted immediately, watered and added fresh soil. Wilted leaves immediately. It could be too hot out but I think the shock of transfer and beat up box it could have been too hot fornit during transport. The other plants are thriving without issues and planted immediately the same.
I was so pleased to get my tree. Came in great shape. Wish I had more instructions on how to replant it and take care of it.

Our entire order of Boxes were delivered totally to the wrong address. Your Customer Service personnel (Trish) contacted me of the situation. It was best to drive a few miles and pick up the boxes, which were left on the outside of a carport and the boxes got a bit damp from a rain shower.

Some how you've got to make it so during delivery, the box is not trampled. I was so worried abt my plant once I saw the box.

My box was totally smashed on both sides of the box with the top caved in.
Luckily no damage caused to the lower half where the pot sat. Also no damage to the plant itself bc they are flat slivers.
