It did not give me my 23 dollars off! It show it was to be discounted with the code you sent me. I have ordered these and wanted more but you never have discount. Please correct this asap. Or I will call my credit card company. Thank you
I placed an order in the beginning of May (2020). I ordered 4 face masks and replacement filters as well. About 4 weeks after placing the order and getting no updates on my order, I decided to contact the company, after which I received an automated email telling me that order numbers were through the roof and to have some patience. Well about a week or so after that, I received my order, or at least what they considered to be my order- not what I paid for. I received only 2 of the 4 masks I ordered, and about half of the replacement filters as well. I've attempted to reach out to the company since then, with only another automated email in return, telling me the same message as the first. The e-mail stated that my order "Should be shipping as soon as possible," even though, according to my order number, the order had already been shipped and delivered. I'm reviewing this 2 stars out of 5 (instead of only 1/5) only because I did receive a partial order.

The masks I received are wearable, although loose stitching is abound and I wouldn't be surprised if they did not last very long. Also, the filters are generic and do not fit the custom stitching of the mask.
Okay, so today I received my bracelet and it is very, very nice! HOWEVER, I did not receive any type of notification that it was being shipped nor did I get any answer from "support" regarding my question to them in several emails to them. Also the phone number listed on the invoice is still NOT IN SERVICE. So go figure folks. Not sure what is up with company but as I stated the product (bracelet) is wonderful but customer service is really non-existent. 5 stars for the product but 1 star for customer service.
Website and so called "glowing reviews" apparently a con job. No response when emailing *******@bravenewlook.com numerous times and biggest red flag is that the customer service phone number I found googling online (there is no customer phone number to call on their oh so beautiful website... hmmmm) was... you guessed it... NOT IN SERVICE. My credit card company is going to credit my account back, so that is great and I have informed them of the info mentioned above. So BEWARE everyone.
But quality isn't what their company reviews say. The nose stiffener arrived off center and when you try to adjust it, it snags inside its channel. Channel fabric is loose weave, when it should be tight weave. When I asked the company what stiffener was made of and whether it would withstand machine washing, they only replied: wash by hand. I can see that I am going to need to have to repair these somehow because washing by hand isn't part of my life.
Finally, after a long wait, the masks arrived. Nothing special - quite the ordinary cloth masks in one colour (would have preferred some patterns) so what I am saying is if Brave New Look sold their ordinary-looking cloth mask for $10 it would be okay. Up-pricing it to $21/ meant customers expected better things such as timely delivery, that the filter cloth should fit into the mask pocket easier but not really (gets quite crumpled and a hassle to fit in - very poor design), how about a small inside tag saying it's all-new cloth (or recycled)? And a proper sealable pouch to keep it? Wish.com had a really nice mask with a properly sealed pouch however, the masks itself was also trashy - does not fit the face properly. At least this Brave new look does fit your face. Still cashing in on the pandemic, yes, but also do it properly, please. Yes, thanks for making it for sale but your price needs to match the quality. For $21 I think consumers have other better choices.
Waiting for order which the USPS posted on the 7th, "waiting for item". No updates since. No response from company to a number of emails. Should be removed from Facebook considering the many negative reviews.
Received the facemasks in a reasonable amount of time, however, the filter inserts were missing which made the masks as effective as wearing a. 99 cent bandanna from Wal-Mart. I did get a response from customer service with them apologizing and committing to sending out the filters within the week... and that has now been five weeks ago. I'll presume now that I am one of the (what appears to be) many people essentially defrauded by this company.
Paid US$71.29 for four masks and and 15 extra filters. The masks are made of very thin material - polyester exterior and a very thin cotton interior (see pictures). These are definitely not made in the USA. The instructions on the packaging are gibberish written by a non-English speaker (see picture). Had to go to their site to get instructions on washing the mask.
Pros: Comfortable mask, filter pocket, adjustable metal nose bridge, adjustable sliders on ear loops
Cons: Very thin material, filter is small and must be positioned to cover mouth and nose, way overpriced. Nike, Adidas or Levis masks for a much cheaper price.
Don't buy additional filters - use a folded coffee filter instead.
These pretty fabric face masks have no nose wire, are made from nylon and t-shirt material, and offer very little pandemic protection. Don't let the pretty prints fool you. Paper surgical masks offer more protection and are so much more affordable.
I was taken in by their website and description of the masks and although was a bit on the expensive side, compared to others, I decided to order 4 masks on May 13. At the time i was told the masks would ship in 1-2 weeks. Didn't hear anything for 3 weeks, but then after inquiring on status, i received 2/4 masks. No word on the remaining 2. Repeated questions only led to auto generated responses, followed by promises that the masks would be shipped shortly. It's been 6 weeks now and still haven't received them. Funny thing is that after each email to customer support, they send you a survey email asking how they did. Well if they cared about the feedback, they should do their best to deliver to their committment. I can understand a few days variability but not when you're off by 100% on the schedule and still no credible delivery date and you stop answering email and have no phone number to call, then i'm forced to consider that this is not an up and up operation. I'm going to ask for my money back and as others have done report them to BBB. A shame... in these crisis times, when folks are depending on you, you should be straight up with your customers... have a conscience... i've lost 6 weeks and had I known, i would have ordered the masks from somewhere else...
Moral of the story... do your homework before you order so you know what you're walking into...
They Sent me missing item. But, lack of being able to speak to anyone is not good business practice. I doubt I will ever order from Brave New Look ever again!

I ordered $50 worth of masks on May 3rd. My order receipt included a note that "Due to high demand, our face masks products may ship in 1-2 weeks" and that's fine. I understand they're busy and the 2 week timeframe was acceptable to me.
Now it's June 5th. No masks. No update. No response to my two email inquires asking for an update. Crickets...
I understand that they're swamped. All mask makers are. But no response? No update in 5 weeks?
I'm not happy. Not happy at all...
UPDATE: I finally received a response from them two days ago. They apologized for the delay and offered to waive the expedited shipping fee, which was nice of them. I still do not have an anticipated shipping date, though. I've increased the rating from 1 star to 2 and depending on how long it takes for me to actually receive the items I may update it to 3
I wish I had read reviews before placing my order. Big money for poor quality masks that I waited many, many weeks to receive. There are many better quality, less expensive options out there. I do not recommend purchasing these.
