Purchased a Jessica Simpson coat and the entire right pocket and lining was ripped. So if you put something in the pocket it would fall all the way down to the hem. They are not great about getting back to customer other than to say they will get back to me, keep saying they need to investigate? I sent photos of the torn pocket/lining not sure what there is to investigate. The coat is defective PERIOD, NOT ROCKET SCIENCE BHFO. Coat has been hanging in my closet now for week while they "investigate". Once again me, the customer has to go through the hassle, not them. So bottom line they send out a defective product, they got paid for the coat and I get to wait while they investigate, got it. Over it.
