I have had the same problem!!! I ordered back in November for a Christmas gift. They sure were quick to deduct the $69.00 from my account but I never received the sweater and cannot find a phone number to call them. They never respond to my emails. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAN AND A FRAUD, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
