Quite honestly they put beginner prices to drag you in, then they want to host your website, service your website, etc. I have no issue with that, unfortunately their website developer that works on the customer side Scott Williams. Which is not his real name btw. But anyways, he lacks in the listening department. You tell him things 4-5 times you still get nothing, and he does it his way. Total disrespect for the customer who is paying for your paycheck. But, I assume this is a 2 man operation. Over promise, way under deliver. Would not waste my time for this canned product. You can do better with a local web developer, or a kid out of college that wants the experience. Trust me steer your wallet clear of these people if you want a better product...

I did business with this company back in November of 2022 for a logo. They started off good until they misspelled the name of the company which was a one off auto correction from my phone. I asked them to correct it and it went all wrong after that. I couldn't get a response. They would provide me with the project in a timely manner so I requested a refund after they could do a vector logo. They got pushy and rude so I wrote a review about my experience after I got my money back. Fast forward about 6 months later. I get a call and I'm so confused as to why they are calling. The man finally says since I got my money back will I take down the review. I told him no but I can edit it to say I got a refund. He goes on to say he can't "allow me" a grown, African American, woman and paying customer to ruin his companies good name. I let him HAVE it! I was like who are you the mob? Calling a threatening me…you got the wrong person because I got time for you today. I'm headed to file with better business bureau. How dare you threaten me!

I have hired many companies to do our advertising. But this company is the worst company to deal with. They will say absolutely anything to make a sale. And they fully know they won't do what they say they agree to do. They will say anything to take your money away from you. They stole $1872 dollars from me with false promises that they were going to set me up with an upgraded Trustpilot account. But Trustpilot doesn't know this company or have an account with them. Small-grade fly by night company.
