Not easy at all! There is not customer service it is not real! Their customer service is fake and they are all scammers. One guy was under other peoples names (he is multiple people in the company). They are all in it together to scam people and drag them along for a year with their crap making it seem as if it take a year to build a website.

They do not respond to emails. Then when you threaten them with a chargeback, they send an email and tell you they never received any email. They are a total scam.

There is no customer service to speak to about complaints. When you call you get the same person you have been dealing with if they answer.
