My friends and I decided to launch an e-commerce business, but it required a modern and interactive website. I was thrilled to know about the numerous services provided by Branded web studios, from website to logo designing. They did a terrific job for our e-commerce website where everything is simple but had a certain touch of sophistication. We have started to get numerous orders, and it all goes to the detail and work done by Branded web studios. I would surely recommend their services.

This has been the worst experience I have had so far in my business. They promised me so many things and have not delivered on any promise. I have asked for my money back several times. I have begged them to help me and even have lost thousands in business revenue because of the negligence and they still have not delivered. They tried to trick me into paying more money after I have paid $6000 by giving me false information that I needed a special security added to my site. They promised me my website would be finished in 8 to 10 business days and that was over 6 months ago and my website is still not functional. I have had several new project managers on my project but still nothing. They keep asking me to start over and give the same information over and over and over to new project managers and still nothing gets done correctly. I am having to learn word press myself to figure out how to build my website and now trying to get my site information to put on a different host in order to get another company to help me but they will not give me this information. I just discovered they had never set up my UPS account after giving this information on a few occasion and I was listed on my site as the UK. DO NOT use them they are not who they say they are. Most people still can not find my website by just typing it into the search bar. I have spent so much money and lost so much money with this company and I am still being held hostage by them. I

When calling to speak to a sales rep, I was told that "everything" was included... look at all that is included for the price of $799, even though at the time, the price was only $699 on their site.
Zack continues to tell me of all their clients rave reviews stating that they worked to design Charlotte's Web website... I felt confident that all of his set expectations would meet my needs. I was curious though... for a set price of $799, how did they make residual money afterward? $799 for the life of a site seemed well under priced, and was assured that "everything" was included and that there were no hidden charges. That all I would have to pay was the $799 and everything would go swimmingly well.
Fast forward a week and I get my first call from a "designer" who walks me through all of options available for the site. At the end of each option he says "Does that sound good?" I'm thinking "yeah!" This is a good deal. That was until he says, "Ok that'll be $700!"
Wait! I just paid $799, and was told that everything was included and that after that, no further charges would be accrued and now this guy wants to double the charge. No work had been performed up to that point, only another sales call.
I immediately was upset. Here I was told how wonderful that site was going to be and then this sales guy tries to sell me all the things I'll be missing which sounds like the site is going to pale in comparision to my original expectations. I asked if it was an option I could add at a later date and was told no, it was now or never. I've built sites before. I'm not an idiot and this new sales guy is telling me a bunch of lies like I'm new to this.
I wrote into the company for an immediate refund. I don't trust the organization as a whole and quite honestly now have a growing concern for my clients information. If they've already lied to me about the process and have doubled the fees in a week, how am I supposed to trust that they will protect and take care of my clients information.
I'm completely saddened by it all and am disgusted.
Their actual work is good. Thier business practices are deplorable.
