One of the most useless websites Ive ever had the displeasure of using. Wrong answers, pop ups always trying to get you to pay. Brainly is awful, do NOT reccomend.
If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the worst company ever. There was an account setup under my PayPal account and charged a subscription fee. Which I was not aware of until I noticed my account was charged. I reached out to this company via email, SEVERAL times and explained that this was done fraudulently and asked that they refund the stolen money, which they REFUSED to do. They rather have stolen money than to help out someone who didn't authorize this issue.
Hello Melissa,
Thank you for your message.
If you think your card has been used fraudulently, we advise contacting your bank and disputing the charges. They will help you get your funds back and will secure your card to avoid any future unauthorized charges.
If you have any other questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Watched like 3 different videos and ads it said I needed to watch, and when they finished it just put more, doesnt even work
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us with this question.
If you're unable to watch a video ad or if you're blocked from seeing an answer, then it means you've hit your limit for content that you can view with your Brainly Basic plan. The good news is that your limit and numbers refresh on a daily and weekly basis, so we encourage you to continue to check back often.
Our Brainly Plus subscription gives students an ad-free experience and unlimited access to all questions on our site, as well as access to our Verified Answers, which Brainly's content experts have vetted. It's optional to purchase a subscription and access these features. The rest of the content and experience on Brainly, including questions, answers, and social features, continues to be free to access. However, there will be interruptions and restrictions as part of the Brainly Basic plans, and the format may change, in addition to the number of content you can view in a period of time.
We created a subscription option in response to our community's requests. Their feedback on the importance of unlimited content and access to accurate and detailed answers on Brainly was essential. The cost reflects the value our subscribers receive from access to these answers.
While we understand this may be frustrating, we hope this clarifies your question about our ads.
In case of any further questions, please always feel free to reach out to us!
Best,
Brainly Team.
Fed up with students being misled by "expert-verified" answers that are nonsense. Here's an example:

Worse, there is no process by which genuine experts can provide corrections without paying money.
Hi, Derek!
Thanks for your message.
You can always report wrong content directly on Brainly, and we'll remove this one.
Thanks for helping our Community.

My son signed up for the free review. He tried the day before it was over to cancel and was unable to. They are refusing to give a refund of $39. You are not able to talk to a human being to dispute this. Unacceptable.

Very dissatisfie. I asked a question and the tutor wrote to me that he didn't know about that topic and closed the chat. I canceled the subscription and a week later they charged a year's subscription to my card and no one is responsible. So you cancel but they still charge you, it's abuse!

This site is full of so many ads it can grind a I9-*******k to a halt, People who fall for the scam of a subscription see repeat charges after canceling the service and do not offer refunds, If you are in need of answers and have no other option don't buy their subscriptions, clear data from this site each time you visit it so it thinks its your first time today and doesn't force you to watch a interactive advert, do not click on any of the ads as they are most likely all scams.
I hope that the CEO of the company behind this wakes up with frosted flakes in their bed, bread full of staples and they get a bedbug infestation.
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us. Please note, however, that we have zero tolerance for disrespectful and aggressive language, and we would appreciate polite communication.

Horrible. They charge you without your knowledge. I've canceled before and got charged $40 FOR THE SECOND TIME. Refunds aren't possible and even if I was aware of the charges I was receiving, this website does not give great service anyway.

I have been using Brainly since middle school(I'm a junior now) for almost 12 years. All the time I have used this website I have never run out of "limits" before until today. I only searched three questions; on the fourth, I got the "no more daily limits". On a daily, I ask more than 10 questions max. This might be an update or something and just another way to convince you to get Brainly Plus but I refused to pay for incorrect answers. I might as well pay for a irl tutor. On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend Brainly to be used to study/find answers because the answers are mostly 50 out of 100 incorrect, or the answer doesn't even relate to the question that was asked.

Not only is the customer service horrible, they will charge you without your consent. Even if you cancel before the seven day trial, they will still charge you and then refuse to refund you your money. Plus it's not even helpful for the material I need to study. A waste of money

I read a "confession" story that looked really interesting from a pop up teaser. I had to make an account and log into Brainly to read the rest. It was not a real story just a "teaser" that got fake "analyzed" as "literature" on the website. It was intended to lure me to join. It wasted my time and made me realize how irresponsible, disrespectful of our time, intentionally misleading and dishonest, and uncaring those looking to make money on the Internet can be. There's better ways to make money and more fulfilling ways to live one's life. Their so called "academic help* seems extremely irresponsible as well. I'm also a teacher and... No thanks. Do not use this site.

Take this with a grain of salt, I've never made a brainly account nor asked a question. I've only used it to help me on questions I have difficulty seeing. It's great for getting help on a single confusing question. Only issue is you get to see one answer every 30 somewhat minutes, so use incognito. Brainly is bad, financially. Your perfectly fine using other Q&A websites, such as Quora, or just learning the question by Khan academy, or by the millions of other websites. And you don't really learn how the question works, more like an answer, so if brainly doesn't have a answer for a certain question you don't know, your dead meat. Brainly is bad, morally, since it's just cheating. You put your exam there, some "teachers" give you answers, and you go with an A+. Try that while taking finals... you can't, so actually learn and use brainly as a little helping hand. Information should be generally free, and education especially. Blown up with advertisements, just another greedy company made by 2 college dropouts trying to make a living of this "education" website. It's not even a.edu website, it's a.com website! Use brainly to check answers or to quickly get an answer to a confusing question. Don't try making an account. Don't cheat your entire test. Don't try to ask an question, ask Quora or something.

They are unrelenting when it comes to trying to get a refund. The minute they charge you, they will not refund you even if you never used their service during the trial period. They state that they'll remind you right before you are charged but that isn't the case.
