Not only is the customer service horrible, they will charge you without your consent. Even if you cancel before the seven day trial, they will still charge you and then refuse to refund you your money. Plus it's not even helpful for the material I need to study. A waste of money

Brainly is an online platform for students, parents, and teachers. We offer a lifetime free Brainly Basic plan, as well as paid subscriptions, so that our users can choose the option that best suits their needs.
While we’re sorry you missed the timeframe to cancel your plan free of charge, and we understand it might be a disappointing experience, we must emphasize that our policies are stated explicitly in our Help Center, Terms of Use, and email communications sent to kallistalins123@gmail.com.
