Took a test for 10$. Didn't even activate my account after the mock test. But they renewed my subscription by charging 80$. Couldn't even see the subscription details and order history when I logged into the website.

I did my IQ test sunk in like 20 minutes doing my best trying to get a result. I finish the test excited to see what my result is and they have the audacity to ask me to pay for a SUBSCRIPTION. What am I subscribing for? Iq tests? Yeah no one is taking multiple iq tests a month. They didn't even inform me that I would have to pay at the end. Why would they let you do the test just to get you to pay for a garbage subscription? Oh I know why. Sunk cost fallacy. They want you to think "dang I wasted 20 minutes of my time might as well spend 8.90 just to see my result." Well yeah no I'm not doing that screw you.

Very intentionally tricking people into subscribing, as there are loads of complaints and zero improvements to their site or behaviour.

(I am yet another customer who got tricked into paying 79$ and got refused a refund)

One would say you improve your website once your customers get confused and you know that you won't refund them.

Or that you start refunding people seeing the amount of complaints.

No - instead they refund people only sometimes, when there's a public complaint others can see.

My request to you is - please don't use their products, even if you like the games, businesses like that deserve to go bankrupt.

Incase you have problems with your brain that is memory loss, loss of concentration, slow in decision making, do not waste your precious time to look here and there when brainety is available every where, all you can do is download and start playing the brain games from brainety, all your problems will be sorted out.

I signed up for a simple IQ test and paid for it, months later i got charged for $79.8 as a renewal to an unknown brain games that i never signed up for.

Pure scam, and they don't reply to my emails.

First takes 10 dollar at the end of test, then by paying using paypal you automatically pre authorise a 80 dollar charge, which you cant get back.

Amazing and excellent Application it's has helped with my IQ it's very easy to use i recommend it to others.

I initially purchased the basic test and did not want to purchase anything else as I didn't feel it was really an authentic way to measure IQ. I was then charged 9 days later $127 for a subscription. I wrote and complained and they said they cancelled future payments (I had already done this through PayPal) but refused to refund my $127 payment that was automatically deducted from PayPal. I am currently in dispute with them and will warn others if I see them advertising on Facebook.
UPDATE March 2023 - I emailed them and advised I would be publishing my review on sites I found where they advertised which I did and also gave them this link with a few examples of other complaints. Guess what - I received my refund. I suggest strongly don't ever accept unauthorised charges. I didn't and got my money back. They are depending on people finding it too much of a hassle to enter into a dispute and so they get away with it. FIGHT BACK.

The activities in the app allow me to spend a small amount of time each day exercising my brain healthily, thanks to Brainety. It was worthwhile, I recommend it to be used by other people.

They are honest enough to admit their flaws, but given the chance this site is promising and the games are a fair IQ stimulator.Their customer service is good and helpful.

It's really been helpful in the sense that it. The app helped me regain focus and keep my brain memory upbeat.

I haven't played such IQ games until I came across Brainety IQ game, these games are a top tier for its really healthy for your brain. Sure activities are really important for your brain stability and active traits. Its a YES FOR ME!

The application is good and the purpose of invention is welcome. The games improves IQ and works very well. Customer service is also okay.

According to my research, Sitejabber is very good if there is anyone reading this, give it a try, I have never been a fan of IQ games but after using this application, I would love to recommend this app it's perfect for those starting or never played IQ games, great job Sitejabber and please continue.
