I am very disappointed in Brainety. I tried it only for an iq test once but ended up being dragged into some kind of "subscription" for 6 months (which I did not order, you can clearly see that no subscription was ever included in the confirmation email) and had to pay up to 80 eur for it. L got charged (second photo displays an email I recieved after the "trial period") and they even refused to give a refund when I wrote them to *******@brainety.com. What is even sadder is the useless content that I got for such amount of money. Never thought a thing like that could ever happen to me...

Absolutely disgusting! Wish I'd been on here first. Like all the others I paid for the one off test and the nasty scammers have just taken £79 one week later! How is this allowed. Shocked they can get away with it, we'll not for long…I will be taking this to citizens advice, nscs, active fraud and everyone else I possibly can in the UK

I paid $14.90 for an online 'iq test game' result. Stupid I know. They automatically subscribed me to a service unbeknownst to me and charged me $127 for a subscription a week later despite me sending an email requesting that it was cancelled when I became aware. Company refuses to refund and just replies 'we have lots of content for you to access and enjoy'. Yeh- no thanks. Stay away unless you want them debiting hearty sums from your account.

I have been using braintety for a couple of months now, the program itself is very easy to use and it's about upping your IQ with specialised brain games and it helped me increase my learning ability and i noticed a huge improvement in recalling people,places,names overall i would highly recommend it

They have no way of cancelling online and only have the support team that takes forever to reply via email! I highly recommend not using them! They are scamming and the tests aren't even that great!

Stay away from brainety.com they'll swipe your money for a subscription you didn't ask for and refuse to pay it back stating tenuous reasons.
I made a one time purchase of 10EUR and they sneaked in a regular subscription I didn't ask for. No confirmation email, nothing! Only when I was charged 80eur, I realised they had added a regular subscription without my consent.

It's presented as a typical internet clickbait quiz, but when you get to the end you hit a paywall and don't see your results. Save yourself some time and skip this one

PLEASE HEED MY WARNING - I saw the ad for an IQ Test on FB & thought I recognized the name Brainety, and thought they were legit. Once I was done with the test, I saw I had to pay to receive the results. The options were to pay $8.90 (which is a lot for one test), or take the 7-Day Free Trial, then pay $79 when that is over. Hmmm. I think I'll go ahead and pay the $8.90 in case I forget to cancel the 7 Day free trial. Well, guess what, they charged me the $79 anyway. When you log into your so-called account, you can't see any financial information at all. I filed a complaint with PayPal, but paypal asks you to provide proof, but you can't get any because you have no access to your transaction on your so-called Brainety account. I am filing an additional complaint with paypal right now. At this point, it is the principle of the thing. Scammers should be taken down. Please heed my warning.

Se pudéssemos testar antes seria mais interessante, e não consegui fazer um login sem fazer a compra. Qdo fiz o teste q tem a disponibilidade tb não deram nenhum resultado

Do Not Use or Pay for Any Service or Test They Provide - Unethical Business Practices
This business is a scam. They will rope you in with a test and then automatically enroll you for a trial period and automatically charge you again a few weeks later. This is a ruse as they are counting on you not realizing that you are being enrolled. I paid for what I thought would be just a test for approximately $14 and was later charged almost $80 for a trial period at the end of the month that I was not aware of until I received notification of the charge and they were not helpful when explaining my circumstances. I would strongly advise not using any of their services as you may be charged for more than what you expected. Their customer service is also poor and inflexible. They are taking advantage of people in these difficult times and should be ashamed by their "business" tactics.

I love this type of game because it helps improve brain performance and even helps you develop your intelligence level. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I research the site and really get curious about your app. It seems like something I can buy sometime. But what i didn't like an in a certain way make me mad. Is your Iq test, it seems like a free test and it takes time to finish it. I understand that the Idea is to make a sale but I would love to have at least and approximate or range of my actual IQ.
