Ordered a bracket (easy) paid for it, then decide to upgrade, requested an upgrade (easy), then the problem happened

First delivery, I was out- my fault
2nd delivery 3 adults in house (work being done on house)- no physical visit, but courier says yes they did so i clearly must have been somewhere else, and so was everyone else.

After a week of chasing, i had to provide an alternative address, which i did, and then the product came.

Product is fine, but is the original order, not the £25 upgrade

So 2 weeks late and the wrong product, can not be bothered to tell them, as clearly i am mistaken, the bracket does tilt and swing, even though the professional TV fitter says it doesnt!

I thankfully received the bracket a few days later than expected. Was worried at first. But glad it arrived. All parts are there as per the instructions. Putting it up now.

It is not registered anywhere
It does not have a customer service phone line, only a form to fill in to get back to them that they do NOT reply to.
I am still awaiting hearing back and awaiting to see if I will actually receive the bracket I paid for!

Sent me the wrong bracket, returned tracked delivery, item was delivered to them on Jan 22, still waiting for refund. Very unhelpful. Opened paypal dispute to get refund. Total rip off merchants. Avoid..

Very poor products and service. First bracket arrived in a broken box, with rusted parts, and didn't fit the TV properly. Second bracket was far too weak and bendy to support the TV properly. It is not possible to speak to customer service except by email. They drag their feet. They sent me a form to request refund but I had to pay postage to return the bracket, and it has been 1 month since sending and no response. Everything so far suggests they have no serious interest in customer care, only in making sales. If you use this company you are taking a big risk - it may be fine if nothing goes wrong but if something does you will be on your own.

Terrible service.
Ordered a flat wall bracket for 55 " Samsung TV.
Knew bracket was arriving so took day off work to fit TV to wall. Wrong screws sent with bracket so was unable to mount TV. Their product ( the bracket that I order is advertised as Guaranteed to fit all Samsung TV's. Obviously this was not the case.
Contacted them on 24 November stating that the wrong screws had been sent and immediately received an acknowledgment to say they had received the email and would deal with it.
Today, 08 December and over two weeks later, I received an email from them asking me to send the model of TV and they would send new screws.
Because I had waited so long for them to get back to me I bought my own screws and fitted the TV.
Their advertising is false in that they said on their website and pictures that they guarantee that it would fit my Samsung TV and it didn't.
To take over two weeks to contact me to ask the model of my TV is absolutely unacceptable.
They then claim that their email system was problematic. Although they did receive my email over two weeks ago.
Use this company at your own risk. But if anything is wrong with the product or you need after sales or customer service then I'm afraid that based on my experience you will be very disappointed

I bought 3 brackets from Bracketsrus and have to say the service was top notch as were the products. I'd seen similar products for twice the price. Good clear instructions, well packaged and easy to put up - and trust me, I'm no DIY guru!

I wish I could do zero star. One of the worst customer service I have experienced. I have a Sony TV which needs special wall bracket as the back of it is not flat. I typed in the TV model and there is one bracket that is especially for that TV, I was very happy so ordered straight away. It wasn't cheap, about £30 with delivery charge. But when came to installing it, the bracket shape and the holes on the back of the TV don't match at all. So I contacted customer service, a guy called Lee responded that I actually need a different bracket for this TV which is priced at £60 and a £15 Sony screws set. So I said right if I order those ones instead, can they give me free return for the £30 one as it's not my fault they provided incorrect information on their website. Lee replied no' because the measurements are all on the page I should have checked before I buy. Seriously?! What's point of putting TV models on the page if they are totally wrong? Then I realised this is probably how they con people, in this case making me spend £100 on a TV bracket. Needless to say I'm never buying on their website again and will warn all my friends to stay away from them.
