“Devious practice”

I ordered a pair of Salomon Goretex boots. SD substituted an inferior brand and put them in a Salomon box. These boots retailed at half the price of the Salomon. I returned the boots, asking SD to complete the order with Salomon boots. SD refunded the price. Repeated claims for the cost of return postage were not fulfilled.

Bracketsrus advertise that their brackets come with all necessary fittings for brick and stud walls. My delivery had no screws for stud walls. Communication revealed that they do not even stock such screws. They did however give me a partial refund.
