This was the first time that I'd bought anything from Bracketsrus and I am not disappointed. The product choice was first class, the prices were very competitive and the delivery was really prompt. All in, I'd have no hesitation in recommending Bracketsrus and I'll certainly be using them again.
Excellent supplier - good selection tool allowing you to see and know the exact technical specification prior to ordering. The products are good as well - however sometimes you don't the same bracket that you had used before.
Their website was user friendly and allows you to search for brackets specific to your TV, ordering was easy, delivery was quick and products are good quality. I will return again and would recommend to anyone.
Just to say I wish every company could be like this you need to give them some training. I oddered my bracket for my tv 2 days later is was hear easily put up thank you guys was able to show my dad my tv he got be on the wall 2 weeks before he. Past Jan
First of all they sent a bracket that didn't fit my TV, even though the description guaranteed that it would. I contacted them and they sent a replacement. Great, right? Wrong! This didn't fit either! I contacted them again and they refused a refund as it was out of the 30 days. The reason for this, was that it took a week for the new bracket to arrive, and on average 3 days to reply to every email, and they never answer the phone. I opened a PayPal dispute and PayPal agreed to refund me as the company was at fault. Brackets r us refused to pay for the return, therefore it cost us £13 to return! So we are out of pocket due to their errors.
Purchased 1 bracked from Brackets R Us, they charged me for 2 and sent 2, refused to admit it was their fault and would not co-operate in returning the 2nd bracket I had not ordered. The bracket I had ordered was not as described, did not fit my TV even though the website stated it would, poor quality etc. They have no customer service and I had to chase 3 times for a refund. Dont be fooled by low prices - you get what you pay for. If you call them they are rude and unhelpful. Dont bother!
Spoke to their customer service to get some advice about which size bracket would fit my tv as well as enable me to get it as flush to the wall as possible and they were a great help. They told me exactly what I needed and it looks great. The bracket was easy to put up and easy to fit the tv too. Quick delivery as well. I have also recommended to my girlfriends parents and they also purchased a bracket from them and received the same service.
We have ordered from Bracketsrus before and would not consider using any other company. The service is first class and the website easy to use to ensure the correct bracket.

Very reasonable bracket for a 40" Samsung flat screen. The bracket turned up very quickly as well.
The instructions could have been a little easier to follow and I had to make a little adjustment to the mount, but it does exactly what I need it to do.

Brought a bracket to fit my tv but very disappointed that it did not work I ordered a flat wall bracket and all I got was loads of screws that did not fit the bracket and the bracket it self did not fit the tv as its said when I ordered it. I chose a flat wall bracket to fit a 32 tv Samsung but in the end we had to abandon as it did not work.
So I am out of pocket with a rubbish bracket I cannot use. Never again I will order anything from you rubbish.
Bought a bracket to hand a new Samsung LED TV in our main head office board room. The delivery was quick, the bracket was of excellent quality and the installation instructions were clear. Very pleased with the bracket and installation was a breeze. Highly recommended!
Bought 2 brackets this year, excellent service, next day delivery and great after-sales service. Brackets are extremely sturdy. I used Rigifix drywall fixings instead of the ones supplied - I was mounting a 50" TV and it is a tad heavy (and expensive) - but TV now sits against the wall when not in use, but then swivels and tilts to the right position wherever I'm sitting in the living room!

I bought two TV brackets for £45.00 each and they were billed as having a RRP of £94.99 each which is absolutely ridiculous. When they arrived I was immediately disappointed as they were clearly bargain basement and not as advertised. I had to fit them as the customer was ready for their televisions to be mounted. After fixing the bracket to the wall and attaching the TV it was clear that the bracket couldn't hold the weight of the TV in a horizontal position and was a total waste of time. I went to my local shop and bought a much better pair of brackets for £29.99 each. When I complained to 'BracketsRUs they didn't want to know and I was left feeling completely ripped off. I am an experienced electrical engineer and it is clear to me that this company is mis-representing the quality and RRP of the brackets they are selling, and my advice would be to steer clear of this outfit altogether.
I ordered two different brackets, i received two the same. Tried to fit what they guaranteed to fit my 50" tv.it did not. I e/mailed them, they asked for horizontal and vertical screw measurements. E/mailed sizes, they found this hard to deal with. I received no reply. I e/mailed themasked if they had a different bracket and would the carrier pick up the bracket they sent wrong. E/mailed me, would i like to order this new bracket,. No mention of collecting wrong bracket there are only about twelve parts to a wall bracket, but this company find this is hard to deal with. If you ask them something too complicated to them you receive no reply
