Good bracket

Good bracket. Wrong instructions / fixings.
Poor customer service.
I purchased Their £118.99 model, which can (if i remember correctly) hold a 75kg plasma! And swing it 75cm into your room! Impressive eh?
I should point out from the start, the bracket is of near excellent quality, (The wall plate is too thin) and works perfectly. After spending £20 on the quality of fixings, it should be supplied with.
The problem is with the fixing instructions! All nuts and bolts were supplied with the bracket for its assembly, with a couple of parts pre assembled (which required a spanner & large allen key) which was nice of them, as a customer might not have them.
The problem was the instructions stated (for a brick wall) drill 6 x 12mm holes WRONGLY!
The coach screws & rawlplugs supplied required a 10mm hole drilling.
I only found this out in hindsight after attaching my (15kg) 47" LG smart tv.
Very fortunately, (and because I didn't trust the fixings) I was able to catch my tv, as the top fixings ripped out from the wall!
I emailed Bracketsrus stating the problem, with various options of solution (being a tradesman), that require a 12mm hole, and inviting them to foot the bill.
They declined stating "We don't stock them".
I didn't bother to persist, as in my initial email I specified that the loading on the bracket when extended is inline with the direction of the fixing on the top row of fixings (as the bracket acts as a (75cm)lever, pivoting off the bottom fixings).
As the wall plate is only 2mm in thickness (i. E., will bend), and only 6 coach screws supplied,(I personally doubt the top row of coach screws would hold. A quality Fischer expansion bolt, Multi Monti, or Resin Anchor, would be appropriate, considering the loading, in the direction of pull, i. E. not a sheer loading at 90* to the fixing) The instructions should have specified a coach screw either side of the top of the pivot, as that is where most of the load is. At least the coach screws were 8.8 grade tensile steel, all-be-it going into cheap unbranded plugs, so would take the required torque, without snapping, if the plugs didn't pull.
As the wall plate being 2mm, will bend, as not being specified, most people will drill the 6 holes equally spaced with 4 in the corners, and 2 in the middle.
If the correct hole size had been stated, I would have been able to tell if the supplied coach bolts would torque up satisfactorily, mine didn't, they span.
In order not to specify where the fixings go (particularly on the top) on the wall plate, it would need to be made of 4mm thickness steel.
When you buy their dearest bracket, you don't expect it to break your TV, and have to pay another £20 on the quality of fixings, it should be supplied with.
P.S. They offer a HDMI cable for each 5* review!
As stated by other reviewers, there is no-one to speak to. And they keep you waiting for an email.
To be fail it did arrive the next day. But the box was battered.

Tip for consumers:

Bear in mind the customer service, is very poor. No one to speak to, quick to take your money, slow to respond via email, (as thats the only option). The returns policy is exclusional by nature, thereby invalidating their money back guarantee. They don't listen, and don't want to know. Why would they when your cash is in their bank.
