First of all they sent a bracket that didn't fit my TV, even though the description guaranteed that it would. I contacted them and they sent a replacement. Great, right? Wrong! This didn't fit either! I contacted them again and they refused a refund as it was out of the 30 days. The reason for this, was that it took a week for the new bracket to arrive, and on average 3 days to reply to every email, and they never answer the phone. I opened a PayPal dispute and PayPal agreed to refund me as the company was at fault. Brackets r us refused to pay for the return, therefore it cost us £13 to return! So we are out of pocket due to their errors.
